Star Trek: Picard Season 2: Lockdown Seems To Re-boost

In an interview with Collider, Goldsman explained the impact of coronavirus on the upcoming season. Producers were about to shoot in June, which may not happen until the world opens. However, creators were halfway through the writing part of the season. Goldsman seems to have learned a lot of lessons from season one. All the learnings will show its color in the second part.

Lockdown is the best time to reconsider the script and write it more effectively. The production part will obviously take some time to start. Still, there is a silver lining as the production is delayed. This time will be best to complete the writing work of the full season. Undoubtedly, earlier episodes will also be refined, ensuring a better set-up.

The show is very dim and gloomy. Unlike Beautiful Life on the bridge, it is a dark movie. But this could be a sort of fun. Goldsman shed light on the creation of season 2. In a long-form narrative, it is redemption as well as a healing story. So, this weird world of the story seems to rock fan’s life soon.

Future Of Star Trek: Picard

Producers discussed the show as a three or a five-season show. For now, it seems to be like a “Let’s just keep going forever” show. At one side Patrick wasn’t at first ready for starring in a new show. But now, he is thrilled to continue the journey. This new season for Stewart will reflect the modern world. Therefore, it’s upon the producers, as we cannot make speculations about the future.
