Shameless Season 12

Shameless reached a full circle with the ending of its final season. Frank Gallagher introduced us to his family members via a voiceover in the background.

As the show prepares to say goodbye to us, we see the supporters of The Alibi troop as they gather around a burning Tesla in the series finale. All of them start singing Spoon’s “The Way We Get By” in celebration. This is the same song that played at the end of the pilot episode. The song’s lyrics refer to doing drugs in cars’ backseats, engaging in petty crimes, partying, dancing, and knocking the boots.
