It clearly hints that he’s behind all the mess. But the case will become messier when Mu-chan and Ju Hyun try to decode the letters between Seok-joo and his Number One Fan. The more they delve deeper into this, the more twisted the case will become. Further, in The Killing Vote Episode 9, the investigation team will be seen attending an event. However, it appears that their investigation led them to that place.

The previous episode began with Jo-dan and Ju Hyun looking through the online comments that described how one person could post numerous hate comments through different accounts. Through Ju Hyun’s research, they learned that the next target would be the prisoner. Elsewhere, a detective put a tracker on Min-soo’s car. Through this, Jo-dan was able to track both Seok-joo and Min-soo. Meanwhile, Mu-chan got footage from Bae Gi-chul’s funeral. That hinted that someone was covering the CCTV camera. Things got more complicated when Hyun learned about Min-soo’s involvement in the case.
Ju Hyun tried to stop him from continuing school. But the latter decided to go anyway. Later, Chae Do-hee met Min Ji-young, and the latter offered her to start her special segment again. It left Do-hee surprised as she wondered how Ji-young knew there would be another vote. On the other hand, the investigation team headed to Seok-joo’s old house. The place was right in front of Min-soo’s home. After noticing that, Jo-dan started investigating the latter’s residence. Through investigation, Jo-dan discovered that Min-soo’s house used a significant amount of electricity.
Later, The Killing Vote Episode 8 focused on the message from Gaetal No. 1. It focused on a meeting place. Soon after receiving the text, Mu-chan rushed to see the person.
