In the closing moment, Bo Gyeom dreams of himself as the mountain God and learns about the Hae Na’s curse. He then goes to the abandoned place and wipes out Eun-hwan’s memory. However, the closing moment also hints at his connection with Cho-young. In the flashback, it is revealed that the girl used to worship the Mountain Spirit in his past life. While she has no idea about her past life, the A Good Day To Be A Dog Episode 9 preview hints that she will start getting visions, too. It will soon reveal her connection with Bo Gyeom and why she’s important to him.

Meanwhile, A Good Day To Be A Dog Episode 9 will also see Hae Na and Seo Won facing some complications. A student has seen them kissing, which has made things miserable. The previous episode began with Seo Won knocking down a strange man across the street who appeared to attack Hae Na. But it was later revealed that the stranger was Mr. Han Pan-dong, Hae Na’s father. Instead of getting angry, Pan-dong was glad to see Seo Won and asked him to kiss his daughter. While Seo Won remained confused, Hae Na narrated the entire incident to her father. However, she also confessed that she felt for the teacher but wanted to take things at an average pace. Pan-dong then narrated his love story to cheer her up and reminded his daughter that she lacked time.

While she tried apologizing to Seo Won, she received a text from Eun-hwan threatening to expose her identity. Believing her secret could be out, she sought Woo-taek and Yu Na’s help. The trio met the stalker at an abandoned house, where he revealed that he had a video of her transforming into a dog. He then asked for money to keep things under wrap. However, it led to a bickering moment, which revealed Yu Na’s ex, Sang Soon, was behind this. But Ha Na’s family managed to destroy the footage, forcing Eun-hwan to take things to the next level.

Meanwhile, Seo Won learned about Eun-hwan and broke into the latter’s studio. They later ended in a fistfight. But Eun-hwan tricked Seo Won and took him to the same abandoned place where he used to bully him when they were teenagers. He then texted Hae Na to see him. Otherwise, he would kill Seo Won. After receiving this text, she rushed to the same place. However, Seo Won managed to save her and help her break free from the curse.
