A Quick Recap!
The previous episode saw the aftermath of Nobara’s death. Yuji appeared shocked after seeing her lifeless body. He blamed himself for failing to save everyone in Shibuya. Mahito used this opportunity to execute a “Black Flash” to kill the last Jujutsu sorcerer. But just then, Todo appeared and saved Yuji from dying. He advised the sorcerer to regain the motivation while Arata Nitta healed his injuries. Arata tried to heal Nobara’s body, too. But he revealed that there was a slim chance of her survival. As for Todo, he battled Mahito, and a determined Yuji joined them.
Meanwhile, the remaining Kyoto students supported Shibuya. Miwa spoke to Mechamaru’s puppet, who called them weak. He was disappointed about his owner’s manipulation and how things would be managed there. Before completely disappearing, Mechamaru told the girl that he wanted to protect his loved one no matter what. He also wished to see her happy, which broke Miwa in tears. Back at the battleground, Todo, Yuji, and Mahito continued to battle, where Todo used the cursed technique to defeat the villain. It quickly made things miserable for the cursed spirit, who then unleashed transfigured humans on the street.
