CBS’s hit action and military drama series is finally returning to the network after a pretty long mid-season break. The fifth season of the SEAL Team first premiered on CBS on October 24. And the last episode before the hiatus, i.e., Episode 9 aired on December 5, 2021.

Clay eventually came to terms with Jason’s illness, which could cause serious harm to the team if left unaddressed. For a long time, Clay had given his mentor and friend a pass. At the same time, Jason had been dismissive of the situation. He let go of the advice and refused to accept assistance from others. One of the most significant factors contributing to his deterioration was his behavior. He is now a significant risk and danger for the entire team.

The squad was preparing to embark on a critical mission in this episode. Without food and water, he needed to endure the natural elements for four days at the ritual site. When Angela looked for cases related to Ketamine in Miami, she came closer to knowing about the Bay Harbor Butcher. In the car, Dexter explained everything to Harrison. He assured Harrison that he was not alone with his dark thoughts, and Dexter would teach him a code to help his son in Dexter Season 9 Episode 8.

Later, the crew recognized the missing woman as Jenni Moreno, who was staying at an immigrant women’s shelter. She had previously been pursued by a gang who wanted her to work as a drug mule. As a result, she relocated from Honduras to the United States.

On the other hand, she opted to keep her troubles hidden from even Mama Pena, the shelter’s director. The crew eventually realized the gang’s identity they’re after: “Central Rebels.” Jenny had managed to flee, but she still had part of their merchandise. That’s why two gang members were searching for her at Mama Pena’s in SWAT Season 5 Episode 8.

Luca and Chris arrived to save the ladies and apprehend the men. Jenni had a backpack when she came, but a woman snatched it and ran away, according to Mama Pena. Marco acknowledged his son’s concerns and admitted that they had been made for the darkness and the fight.

Marco Attacks The Rocinante Crew

Drummer worked with Walker to obtain Free Navy supply depots. Meanwhile, Marco and the Free navy discovered that the Rocinante was on its way to ceres Station. Marco had a plan to catch them off guard through a surprise attack. The commander was not in favor of the attack, but Marco convinced him. Filip was left in charge of the weapons during the attack, with conflicted thoughts in his mind. Suddenly, Naomi discovered patterns of ship appearances and immediately informed Holden about it.

Marcos ordered Filip to shoot at the Rocinante. Holden and the team tried to defend themselves while Filip kept on firing. Eventually, Bobby took an opportunity to shoot back at them and disabled their fleets system. Bobbie wanted to finish them off, but Holden wanted Marcos alive.

Holden then asked Marcos to surrender, but he refused. Eventually, Bobbie shot another missile at them, but it turned out to be a dud. Holden had disarmed the missile because he wanted Marcos alive. So, Marcos and Filip escaped and acknowledged that both had failed. Marcos relieved his son from his duty. Meanwhile, Marcos received a positive update on the testing at the ring in The Expanse Season 6 Episode 3.
