Fans’ desperation and eagerness for Loki Season 2 is justified, as the debut season’s ending has completely changed MCU forever. Marvel studio’s Loki premiered on Disney+ from June to July 2021. The third series set in Marvel Cinematic Universe follows the titular Character Loki. The character of Marvel’s Asgardian trickster is based on the Norse ‘God of Mischief’.

The show follows Loki after the events of Avengers Endgame. Loki, who escaped his death, is captured by Time Variance Authority for creating a disturbance in the ‘Sacred Timeline.’ Following his arrest, Loki meets TVA agent Mobius, who asks for his help in detaining a troublesome variant of Loki. What follows is a brilliant story filled with action, comedy, and magic. 

Fans have always loved Thor’s troublemaking younger brother. As a result, Loki garnered massive success, becoming Marvel’s most popular TV series to date. Marvel’s trickster has always been a fan-favorite character. And after an epic first season of his series, fans are excited for Loki Season 2. Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, did an interview with Collider. During the interview, he was asked about season 2 of the Loki series.

While talking about the production of the second season, he answered, “It is underway. We’re developing it as we speak. The hope is that much of the same team will return.” He further added that the previous director, Kate Herron is going on to bigger and better things. So the director’s search for the next season will begin shortly. “I’m not being evasive. We have a start date. I’m not sure exactly where it falls between next year or the year after,” he added.

What Will Happen In Loki Season 2?

The first season of Loki featured the titular character and Sylvie traveling through various dimensions to find TVA’s creator. In the season finale, their journey ends when they reach a point at the end of time. Sylvie and Loki discovered the reality of TVA when they met a version of Kang who calls himself ‘He Who Remains.’ Kang told them about infinite realities and the multiversal war. And why he created the TVA.

Kang offers the duo two choices, either to replace him as the ruler of TVA or to kill him, opening the door for a multiversal war. Upon finding out the reality, Loki tries to convince Sylvie not to kill him. However, fueled by rage and vengeance, Sylvie killed him anyway. Finally, the season ends with Loki finding himself in another TVA, where Mobius does not remember him. In addition, Loki saw an enormous statue of Kang in the TVA, hinting towards another version of him. 

Loki Season 2 will likely resume after the complicated end of the first season. The season will follow the aftermaths of the season one finale. Fans might see the consequences of Sylvie’s action in the upcoming season. In addition, Loki Season 2 might explore the complicated relationship between Loki and Sylvie. Meanwhile, more evil versions of Kang will likely appear in the next season.

As a result, Loki will have to begin the process of befriending Mobius all over again.

However, fans pointed out that Mobius and B-15’s failure to recognize Loki extended beyond their lack of familiarity with him as “their” Loki. They didn’t even regard him as a Loki variant. Given that Lokis are the most prevalent variant, it’s either that they don’t know which Loki variant they’ve recruited. Or, in this timeline, there are no Loki variants at all.

Recently the series co-creator Robert King shared some snaps straight from the set. He tweeted that production for the next run has finally begun. The setup looks quite familiar. Two days before the sophomore finale could release, the series official Twitter account reshared its first cryptic trailer. The trailer was first launched in March 2020 and reshared on October 8, 2021. It sheds some light on the first episode’s title. That later fades away to black smoke and adds up to 974. At the same time, it remains unclear what these numbers mean. But the showrunner Robert stated that this puzzle won’t solve easily.

Recently, Netflix revealed the official trailer for the fifth season on November 16. In the upcoming season, the Murphys will deal with the loss of Frank’s father, William “Big Bill” Murphy. Frank will be in a confused state of mind as he finds himself stuck in the dark memories of his father. His father had abused and bullied him all his life since childhood. He really hated his father’s guts.

But, now that Big Bill is gone, Frank has a strange feeling that he finds hard to deal with. Frank will be frustrated as he tries to attain closure after his father’s death next season. Further, the rest of the family will also be dealing with Big Bill’s death. Sue will try to make things better with her family while Kevin will find solace in the arms of his girlfriend, Alice. 

Meanwhile, the fifth season will feature three new guest addition to the Murphy family as they get over bill’s death. In the trailer, Frank revisits the memories of his father. All the bad memories come crashing to frank as he deals with his things and looks back at everything he did together. Moreover, the family will go through a series of ups and downs while Frank is distracted by the loss of his father in F is for Family Season 5.

The three new characters for F is for Family Season 5 will be voiced by Neil Patrick Harris, Fred Malamed, and Pattie Lupone. ‘Tehran’ is an espionage thriller drama series, which premiered in September 2021 on Apple TV. The show is based on the political tensions between Israel and Iran. Tehran is created by Fauda fame Moshe Zonder, with Omri Shenhar as a writer. 

It revolves around an Israeli Mossad agent Tamar Rabinyan, with an Irani background. She was assigned her first assignment in the first season of Tehran. She was charged with a mission to infiltrate Iran and disable the Iranian Army’s surveillance system. So, that Israeli Air Forces can effectively destroy the Iranian Nuclear Plant undetected. The show received massive critical acclaim for its debut season.

Tehran Wins An International Emmy

Apple TV+’s Israeli spy thriller drama series won the Best Drama Series at 49th International Emmys. In the best drama category, Tehran took out the Indian series “Aarya,” Chilean show “El Presidente,” and British show “There She Goes.”

The series is only the third ever TV series from Israel to win the Emmy honor. Previously, Israel had only ever won two International Emmy Awards, the Best comedy series in 2018 for “Nevsu” and best comedy in 2010 for the show “Ramzor.”

Tehran Season 2 Renewed By AppleTV+

The first season of Tehran, which started premiering on September 25, 2020, ended with a cliffhanger on October 30. For the plot and its depiction, the first season received praises from fans and critics alike. Meanwhile, on January 26, 2021, AppleTv+ confirmed the show’s renewal for Tehran Season 2. 

Naturally, the news of the show’s comeback has got the fans excited. However, there is no official information about the show’s release date yet. According to reports, the production for the second season will begin in late 2021. Meanwhile, given the time needed for the filming and the post-production, it seems safe to say that we should be eyeing for late 2022 release for Tehran Season 2.

What Will Happen In Tehran Season 2?

The first season of Tehran followed a Mossad agent named Tamar, tasked to infiltrate the capital of Iran. She had to offset Iran’s air defense radar system so that Israeli planes could enter the territory without the fear of getting detected, destroying Iran’s Nuclear research plant.

However, things were not easy as they sound. At the end of the first season, Tamar disarmed Iran’s defense. But it was already too late, and Irani forces shot down warplanes from Israel. We also saw that agent Yael was actually a mole within the Mossad. 

Now, Tehran Season 2 will answer several questions left unanswered after the cliffhanger ending of season one. In the next season, fans will find out Faraz Kamali’s fate after he was left bleeding on the ground. Furthermore, they might see what will the Mossad agents do with Faraz’s wife, Nihad.
