Doctor Who Season 13: Will Bring Back A Classic Monster! Release Date & More Updates

While Doctor Who Season 13 is edging closer to its premiere, Liverpool-based Whovians discovered that season 13 will bring the classic monsters back to life. The reboot of 1963’s Doctor Who follows the universe of a Time Lord, known as the Doctor. The Doctor explores the entire universe in a time-traveling ship, the TARDIS. Over time and space, the Doctor’s several incarnations often battle with the evil forces to prevent any misdeed.

Doctor Who Season 13: New Monsters Revealed!

On Wednesday, October 6, Liverpool-based fans spotted a spaceship projected across George’s Pier Head. It offered the passerby to view the spacecraft until midnight. Soon it didn’t take much time for fans to identify that the spaceship almost resembles the Sontaran ship. Well, it suggests that the Doctor Who team is bringing back the iconic monster for its thirteenth run. So now it seems clearer what the rest of the six episodes will explore.

The Sontarans- warlike clones clan from the planet Sontar. First appeared in the eleventh season “The Time Warrior” of the original show. The time when Jon Pertwee was the Doctor. However, the last time we saw Sontaran was in 2015’s ninth episode titled “Face The Raven,” when Clara Oswald died. Now it seems Sontaran will once again take center stage when they reach Earth. But, Dan Lewis’ John Bishop will arrive as a big help for the Doctor. As he embroils in the Doctor’s quest.

A Glitch!

After fans noticed the spaceship, they found something strange on the show’s official social media page tomorrow. BBC’s Doctor Who’s official Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, as well as YouTube pages have been suddenly wiped up. But, something strange did happen. As the series website shows a cryptic message. It hints at what we can expect from the next run. “Oh my giddy Aunt!” the statement reads, “The stuff, it’s gone wibbly (1313).”

Well, if we break it down, then the Second Doctor (Patrick Troughton) had often used the phrase- Oh my giddy Aunt! Meanwhile, the statement “The stuff, it’s gone wibbly” seems a reference to one of the famous episodes Blink. There David Tennant’s Doctor defines time as a huge ball of wibbly-wobbly stuff. Well, it feels like it teases the return of Weeping Angels. But it isn’t confirmed yet. Still, 1313 possibly be the news coming on October 13. Well, it’s better to wait till then.

The Doctor’s Struggle

Recently, BBC’s Doctor Who dropped its first short clip last weekend. Though it didn’t give many details about the next run, it hints at something that will happen on Earth. As the five-second-long clip shows Jodie’s Doctor struggling to communicate with someone. But a glitch appeared on the screen when she said, “Can you hear me?”

Doctor Who Season 13: Who Will Be In The Cast?

Of course, Jodie Whittaker will return as the thirteenth Doctor. But, the series creator and star confirmed that it would be her last season. As of now, it remains unclear who will replace her. Besides, the Doctor’s human companions will also return. These include Mandip Gill as Yasmin Khan. After the exit of Tosin Cole and Bradley Walsh, John Bishop as Dan Lewis and Jacob Anderson as Vinder will join Jodie’s Doctor in her next quest.

Doctor Who Season 13: When To Expect?

Well, the network has yet to reveal the official release date of Doctor Who Season 13. But, the Sontarans’ first look teased the production is currently underway. Thus, it would take quite a long time to return to our screen. But we can expect the next run will air in mid-2022.

Unfortunately, the latest poster teases the dreadful fate of our central character in the fourth season. However, for every death, there is always a resurrection around the corner.

Meanwhile, in the last season, Hope’s biggest enemy Malivore possessed the body of her lover, Landon. The incident makes her realize that Hope will have to activate her vampire self to defeat Malivore. Her greatest dilemma will be to choose between saving Landon or killing Malivore. So will Hope to attain her complete tribrid self in Legacies Season 4? Keep reading ahead to find out all the details about the upcoming season.

The CW Shares A Sneak Peek Into Season 4 Premiere

The CW released a short video of Hope and Landon from the premiere episode, exclusively with TV Line. In the forty-five-second footage, Landon possed by Malivore is confined in a cell. Hope opens the door as she visits him. The video depicts a conversation between Malivore and Hope where he says that one of the side effects of taking over bodies is that all their memories come along too.

Further, he brags about how he lured Landon into the darkness. Moreover, Hope responds sarcastically, flaunting a surgical kit. She says, “You’re not Hannibal Lecter. You’re the lamb.” The short video gives us a fair idea of darkness and the drama that will roll out in season 4 of Legacies.

Earlier in October, The CW dropped the newest poster of the upcoming season portraying Hope in a completely new avatar. Moreover, it raises a big statement declaring the death of Hope with a catch tagline “HOPE MUST DIE.” However, this means that we are about to fitness reach her full potential of being a tribrid. We saw Hope’s witch and werewolf side in the previous seasons while her vampire self remained dormant. However, she must reach her full potential if she wants to defeat Malivore and save Landon from his grips. Hence, we might see Hope dying in Legacies Season 4 and resurrect finally as a Vampire.

Legacies Season 4: What Will Happen?

The CW has also released the synopsis of the premiere episode and the official trailer of season 4. As per the synopsis of the first episode titled, “You Have To Pick One This Time,” Hope and the squad concoct a risky plan to rescue Landon. They decide to save Landon after Hope discovers Malivore has possessed her lover. Further, Josie is about to have an unplanned emotional date with Finch. However, Frank will bring up a sensitive matter that Josie is not ready to discuss yet.

https://youtu.be/Qs4yyz0SOXk

In the trailer, Malivore and his army of supernatural creatures are about to wage war against Hope and her friends. Further, the narration continues with a threat that they will keep coming until all of Hope’s friends are dead. However, Hope has never been the one who backs away from a fight. But, Hope will need her whole tribrid self in Legacies season 4 if she wants to save Landon, her friends and defeat Malivore.

Billions Season 6: Condola Rashad Teased A Big Twist Ahead! Know What’s Next

Up until the time, we know Axe left his native New York City after losing big in Billions Season 5 finale. Still, Damian Lewis’ exit will open a vast door for Corey Stoll’s character in Billions Season 6. Throughout the series, the New York Attorney Chuck Rhoades has been trying to take down hedge fund king Bobby Axelrod. But the cunning billionaire always finds a way to escape from Chuck’s hands. However, after the shocking finale, Condola Rashad ensured something big would happen in Billions Season 6.

Billions Season 6: Damian Lewis Might Not Return

Billions Season 5 finale left fans enigmatically after Damian Lewis, who played Robert “Bobby” Axelrod aka Axe, escaped to Switzerland. Well, many believed that probably the character would return and look into the camera and say in Axe-esque, “just kidding!” and fly back to Wendy’s arms. But it didn’t happen. Damian had been playing the mysterious billionaire Axe for five hit seasons. And recently, he confirmed his departure from the show.

Damian didn’t renew his contract as he wanted to explore other creative projects. Shortly after the fifth season finale, he announced this news on Twitter. Damian wrote it’s a privilege and pleasure to work with the funniest, brightest, and most talented cast and crew. He added playing Axe for five seasons is a pure blessing he’ll also miss the Billions family. Well, it’s not the first network series from where Damian has departed in the middle of its run. He exited from Showtime’s Homeland just after three seasons in 2013.

Who Will Return?

While Axe’s exit would be shocking for many fans, the series ensured to return with the main star cast to explore a world without Axe and his cryptic moves. Paul Giamatti will once again return as Charles “Chuck” Rhoades Jr. and Maggie Siff as his on-screen wife, Wendy Rhoades. In addition, Corey Stoll, who plays Michael Prince, joined as a guest star as Axe’s rival. But last year, Showtime announced that Stoll had been upped as series regulars for the next run.

Now, after Axe’s departure, the story will revolve around Stoll’s Prince. Further, Daniel Breaker, who plays Scooter Dunbar, Prince’s chief of staff, has been promoted as series regulars. Other returning casts include David Costabile as Mike “Wags” Wagner, Condola Rashād as Kate Sacker, and Asia Kate Dillon as Taylor Amber Mason. Jeffrey DeMunn as Charles Rhoades Sr. and Kelly AuCoin as “Dollar” Bill Stearn will also return.

Billions Season 6: Condola Rashad Drops Hints At What We Can Expect Next?

Condola, who plays attorney Sacker, recently teased that the show will move in a new direction after Axe’s exit and Mike Prince’s entry. She says Damian’s departure is what the financial drama needed the most to keep its fans on their toes. Over time the show has seen States Attorney-turned-New York-Attorney General Rhoades Jr. vows to defeat Axe. But he failed over and over. However, it shocked his father too when he finally succeeded in the final.

Chuck not only defeated Axe but Axe lost half of the money in his native New York and also the love of his life Wendy, to avoid imprisonment. But Prince double-crossed Chuck in the end by buying Axe Capital at half price. Condola teased that now there are rooms left to explore Prince’s journey. Fans will see Kate walking on the same path as Chuck, especially when Chuck is targeting Prince now.

Kate Will Lose Her Moral Compass

Condola told TVLine that the longer she stayed with Chuck, she would start losing her composure, especially when Chuck was gunning for Prince. So she will take some weird actions. Although it looks legitimate on papers, it’s absolutely not. So now Kate will find some new ways to achieve her target. But she will soon learn that Chuck and Kate possess a strong bond, and they can trust each other. At the same time, they can go to any extent to follow their interests even if it cost going against each other.

Billions Season 6: When Will It Air?

A year after the Viacom CBS-owned network Showtime announced the renewal of the sixth season, it confirmed the series would return sooner than expected. After following a year-long hiatus, the show will return to explore the epic battle between Axe and Mike Prince. Now it has promised to bring more twists and turns to our plate. Showtime confirmed Billions Season 6 would air next year on January 23. So don’t miss it.

The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 3 Preview: What Will Happen?

ABC has revealed a short promo for The Good Doctor Season 5, titled “Measure Of Intelligence.” The upcoming season will witness Shaun under stress, with Salen taking over the reins without consulting the doctors. Moreover, Lea is worried about Shaun as things are getting worse. Shaun is finding it hard to cope with new changes, and he will need all the support he gets from Lea and his friends. In addition, things are getting quite tricky for Dr. Murphy, as we are sure to see another run-on between Shaun and Salen in the upcoming episode. A Quick Recap:

In the last episode of The Good Doctor Season 5, Salen caused a lot of trouble for everyone at the hospital. Her new policies question the hospital’s integrity, as the focus moves on client-serving rather than actually treating the patients. Further, we saw her sticking her nose in the cases handled by a different doctor as she suggested them to wrap the cases asap. Naturally, doctors are finding it hard to handle Salen, especially Dr. Shaun.

Further, Park runs several tests to find the problem with Abby’s baby. Meanwhile, Salen insists on him freeing Abby’s bed asap. However, Park does not listen to her and works on the baby’s condition as Abby would have blamed herself if the baby died. Moreover, Morgan was suspicious about Abby giving antifreeze to her baby. However, she soon realizes that she is wrong.

Salen’s effort to transform the hospital does not seem to be working as she would have liked. While her plan looks good on paper, her lack of medical knowledge is creating a problem between the doctor’s way of working and what she wants from them. If things continue to go on like this, we might see a huge conflict coming up in the third episode of the Good Doctor Season 5.
