On March 10, 2021, Netflix officially renewed the series for the fourth run with a spicy video. Well, we knew it was coming as the series is the reality TV gem. Further, the cast hasn’t stopped teasing the secrets of the fourth run since last August. Even recently, Mary Fitzgerald teased that the brokerage has split- Brett Oppenheim left to build a new firm. However, the streamer hasn’t disclosed its plans for the firth run. But the cast seems optimistic that they would return once again.

However, we’re glad to report that over the weekend of May 8, the Oppenheim Group’s real estate agents returned to begin filming the fourth run. Soon Heather shared videos and snaps straight from the set, stating, “Me and my Girls, back.”

Meanwhile, Mary revealed that they begin filming both seasons 4 and 5. Since Netflix renewed the series for the fourth run, the cast has been teasing the renewal of the fifth season. Further, Mary’s statement hint that despite the halt in production, the series will settle things up as filming will go back-to-back for both seasons.

Selling Sunset Season 4: Who Will Return?

We have some thrilling news for you, Netflix confirmed on May 26, 2021, that two new cast members joined the team. A Mexican-American novella star, Vanessa Villela, who turned real estate agent, will join the Oppenheim group. Beside her, Emma Hernan, an entrepreneur with a fascinating history, will also join the other women in Selling Sunset. Despite the new cast, the rest of the existing cast will return. However, Brett has left the brokerage and, along with Brett, other mysterious casts left the firm. But it remains unclear who won’t return.

Has Davina’s Exit Akin To Her A-Listing

Before the streamer renewed the fourth season, the brokerage shared a $75 million listing. Despite Davina Potratz‘s bosses’ advice, she grabbed the opportunity to sell the $75 million house in Beverly Hills, having nine bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, and span over $18,000 square feet property. But the property seems way too expensive due to its overprice and minimal land. Even the property is still on the company’s website, which means Davina hasn’t found the proper owner of that property yet.

However, Davina’s exit has nothing to do with the property. As she revealed before that she has joined Douglas Elliman, the rival firm. It means she’s no longer dealing with this expensive property, and it might get in someone else hands. But, Davina assured that she and Brett would return in the fourth run before leaving the Oppenheim Group. Further, we can expect to see her pitching for the property in the next run.

Yellowstone Season 5: Set To Begin Filming Soon

As of now, Paramount Network hasn’t officially renewed the series for the fifth season yet. However, actor Cole spilled in March that co-creator Taylor Sheridan plans to work on the fifth season’s script. Although the creator and the network haven’t revealed any updates regarding the fifth run, Cole anticipated that filming could begin this July. Cole added that he’s looking forward to returning as Rip to Montana.

Even he ensured that the fifth season would be fantastic as it would uncover the mystery of the fourth season. Soon, Cowboy State Daily reported back on June 1 that Yellowstone was set to film some scenes on June 10 and 11 in Hamilton, Montana. In the last season finale, the four Duttons- Kayce, Beth, John, and Jimmy’s fate-were in jeopardy. However, the trailer hints that someone amongst them might die. Well, the clip shared a glimpse of Rip running in John’s direction and yelling, “don’t you die now,” which hints that John might survive. As Rip rescued him further, there’s no way that Jimmy could die from that fall. Additionally, Jimmy is heading to the following spin-off, “6666,” so it implies he survived.

Will Beth Survive?

Well, Beth seems quite close to that bomb blast which hints that the chances of Beth’s survival are pretty low. However, Kelly Reilly, who plays Beth, had already confirmed her return. So it could also be possible that she would return in Rip’s memories as flashbacks for some episodes. But recent casting addition of Finn Little seems to tape Beth’s fate. As reported, Beth decides the ranch is the perfect place for her to teach the youth how to become a man.

It’s written by Van Dusen himself and directed by Tricia Brock, who recently joined the second season. Well, we all know Titans moved to Batman’s Gotham city after they encounter the long-time villain Deathstroke. However, the trailer teased the return of the caped crusader’s greatest nemesis of all time- Joker. Although we hadn’t seen him in real and even there’s no word on who’s playing Joker, yet the trailer hints at his return. As we can see, Jason Todd (as Robin Hood) breaks into an amusement park and discovers a corpse hanging on a wooden block.

However, the thrilling part here is the corpse is smiling ear to ear in Joker’s eerie trademark. It becomes more daunting when we hear his palpable cackle. Soon it turns into a shady scene that looks like Joker beating someone (probably Jason) with a crowbar. Although fortunately, he will survive. But, it could lead to a massive transformation in Jason’s life as later he resurrected as callous Red Hood.

Recently, Curran Walters revealed a new look of his transformation as Red Hood ahead of the third season premiere. Well, there’s no doubt that Jason survived the gruesome attack. But it seems like it would make him stronger and more ruthless than we ever saw him. Further, we can expect that the final moments will be playing in the back of his head. That will further lead him to destroy Titans as brutally as he can.

Titans Season 3: Extended Star Cast

All the main cast will reprise their roles in the next run of Titans. These include Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Teagan Croft as Raven, and Anna Diop as Starfire. Ryan Potter as Beast Boy will return with Minka Kelly as Dove and Alan Ritchson as Hawk. Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne, Damaris Lewis as Blackfire, and Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent will also join. I May Destroy You actor Jay Lycurgo joins as Batman’s third sidekick Tim Drake. Finally, Curran Walters will return as Jason Todd / Red Hood.

Besides them, Mad Men alum Vincent Kartheiser will play Dr. Jonathan Crane / Scarecrow. However, the Prince of Panic seems to lock in Arkham Asylum. But it doesn’t feel like he’ll be there for long. Now moving to Gotham means we will see more Bat-family members. Because Savannah Welch has joined as former Batgirl who turned into Gotham City Police Commissioner Barbara Gordan, will reunite with Dick Grayson.

It seems Blackfire and Starfire will have a sisterly battle as both the princess of Tamaran are seen in the new suit. Back in February 2021, DC revealed Blackfire’s new outfit, which mainly focused on royal purple. On the contrary, Starfire will appear in classic purple-and-orange attire. Now it seems Starfire can fit better with her fellow Titans, as she finally ditched her fur coat for a comic-inspired super-suit.

Finally, the network dropped the official release date of the third run. Titans Season 3 will air on August 12, 2021, on its new home HBO Max in the US. However, the series returns with a present as three episodes will be available to stream on its debut on HBO Max. After then, new episodes will follow the weekly schedule airing every Thursday.

Unfortunately, the UK release date has yet to announce. But the previous seasons aired in the UK after it finishes broadcasting in the US. So, we can expect Titans Season 3 will air sometime in October 2021 in the UK on Netflix.
