Is The Show Renewed?

This is a piece of sad news for all the Control Z fans. Netflix has not yet renewed Control Z Season 2. So, fans will not get to see the trailer anytime soon. Netflix released the trailer only a few weeks before the actual release date of the first season. So, if Netflix renews the show this year, we can all expect a trailer sometime in 2021. However, Netflix does drop short teasers about the new series, so fans will get to see what is coming up on the show once Netflix renews the show. 

The trailer of the first season sees Sofia walking through her school- El Colegio Nacional. She introduces the main characters. The students in the show seem to be watching a presentation when their screen starts showing some private images of Isabela, who is a student there like them. Sofia and Javier take responsibility for finding out who is doing all that and making everybody’s life miserable.

Control Z Season 2: What’s Coming Up Next?

The inaugural season of Control Z concluded with giving all the answers everybody wanted from the first season. The show revealed who the school hacker was. The first season concluded with all students coming to know that Raul was behind the whole situation. He is one of the richest students from the school and the mastermind behind All Your Secrets scam. 

One of the things that fans still want to know is what happens to Raul now that his truth has been caught. Everybody wants to know what happens to the victims of the scam. These victims include- Javier, who was shot. We can expect Control Z Season 2 to explore Raul’s motives and what made him what he became. The second outing could also explore the relationship between Sofia and Javier. Fans have also been waiting to find out what happens to Maria and Pablo, who discovers that Maria is expecting a baby. 

Fans Desperate For The Second Season

Fans of the show have taken on to social media to call for the second season. One viewer said that he needs a season two now. He went on to say that he is undeniably attracted to Javier, and the last seen hurt him a lot. He would do anything for Isabela and Javier. It is funny and over the top. He loved it. Another fan says that the second season needs to be out already.

The first season of the show consisted of eight episodes of about 40 minutes each. That was clearly not enough for many viewers of the show. One fan of the show tweeted praising Control Z. He says that the Netflix series is definitely worth a watch. He went on to say that the show has exceeded his expectations. The fan urged Netflix to order Control Z Season 2.

In a recent interview, the lead actress Stana Katic also talked about her character in the series. She said, “What’s going on for Emily is discovering a new normal. This was interesting for me because, in the past, she’s been a victim, and now our lead becomes a persona that is truly delivering hen future. You’ll also view her son Flynn admitted into adulthood during the season and step up and absolutely become his mother’s son.”

Absentia Season 4: Release Date

For the release date, first, we have to get updates for the renewal of the series. The show will likely get its fourth season, and once it becomes official, production will begin soon. The fans expect to see Absentia Season 4 on screens by the end of 2021 or in the first quarter of 2022.

Parish says that the show’s success was because the audience loved the drama that focused on a warring family. Daniel Sharman also explained that he loves that the show has had everything. He has read a lot of stuff on Medici and the family, and he couldn’t believe that everything was true.

So, he decides to start all over again. Alex talks about it to Anna after he had taken some cocaine. The drug begins reacting and then causes an overdose. At the same moment, Anna sees it as an opportunity to take her frustrations out. She plunges Axel’s head under the water in the pool and refuses to let him out. 

Soon after these events, Marcus comes into the picture. Both Marcus and Anna then take Axel’s body into the forests. While they do so, Axel wasn’t yet dead. So, he manages to escape from the van. However, Anna successfully kills him using a screwdriver. All this mystery unveils when Zoe puts all the pieces of the puzzle together. 

When Will White Lines Season 2 Release? 

This is a very tricky question. The show hasn’t been renewed yet. However, we are hopeful that Netflix would renew the show soon. Assuming that the world will go back to normal sooner, we are putting our hopes on a 2021 release date. The first season started filming in June 2019, but it doesn’t look like White Lines season 2 would be able to start filming before at least September this year. The debut season of the series has been a little hard on our Lady Of the Lake, Nimue. She successfully protected her people by killing Father Carden and breaking the Churchs’ alliance with the Vikings. However, she didn’t manage to protect herself. To protect his father, Nimue took several arrow shots on herself and fell off the bridge. With his remaining power, Merlin wielded her sword to finish off the remaining paladins. The debut season concluded with the very scene it opened, Nimue bleeding and drowning in the lake. 

Since there is no source material to learn what’s waiting for the viewers, the story can go in multiple directions. Now, Merlin and The Widow hold the sword. The weeping monk turned out to be Lancelot. And with Squirrel/Percival with him, he will likely work alongside Fey and Arthur. It is the beginning of Nimue and Arthur’s journey to become the Lady Of The Lake and the King, respectively. The Bold Type, created by Sarah Watson, is a comedy-drama series on Freeform. The series is inspired by Joanna Coles, former editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine. It follows three women Jane Sloan (Katie Stevens), Sutton Brady-Hunter (Meghann Fahy), and Kat Edison (Aisha Dee). The trio works in a fictional global magazine named Scarlet lead by Jacqueline Carlyle (Melora Hardin) editor-in-chief. In which Jane works as a writer who finds her talent after working as an assistant. Sutton secures a place in fashion assistant position under department head Oliver Grayson (Stephen Conard Moore). In an interview, the showrunner, Wendy Straker, explained that they have planning to perform things differently in the next season. Now, they have an opportunity to resolve every story arc of their characters, especially Kat and Sutton, in a different way. Since they have some unfinished stories to be done with. Also, everything around them is completely messed up. But, it’s the best time to narrate all the possible events that they haven’t portrayed yet.

Wendy said: “We just had so many unfinished stories. So, I guess on some level. It became a big cliffhanger. This sort of moment, at least for Kat and Sutton (is a tough time). And then, you were going to have an opportunity to process that and adjust to it and then move in a different (direction). And we didn’t get that opportunity.”

However, the network hasn’t renewed The Bold Type Season 5 yet. But, Wendy said they need to discuss it with the network, since they require more episodes to explain their storyline. She said: “Should we get the fifth season? And I think we’re all just going to sit down and have a lot of real conversations. And figure out if we want to make changes to certain storylines. I think it’s going to be interesting.”

Aisha Dee Asked For Changes In The Bold Type Season 5

Aisha Dee’s recent Instagram post left a powerful impact on Freeform and Universal Television. In her post, she stated that she wants queer and people of color in the writer’s panel. So they can write dialogues that can portray their character well. She said that the diversity that the audience sees on the screen needs to be reflected in their creative team as well. Further, she stated it shouldn’t be a one-person responsibility to portray the entire Black experience.

Regarding her post, the network partner Freeform and Universal Television responded that they appreciate Aisha’s word, and also to raise her voice on such a sensitive issue. They will try their best to represent their story more authentically for other chapters. Thus, it means the network is willing to return with some changes in the fifth season.

June has had plenty of fights in the previous seasons of the show. She courageously faced the separation from her husband and daughter. Moss hinted that she can’t always escape the end and not become martyr fighting what she believes in.
