After the split, Falk succeeded in signing the No. 3 pick Jordan. Soon after signing him, Falk made his first great deal of all time. He approached Nike to sign a contract for their own show line. At the beginning of the 80s, only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar had such a lucrative deal for $100,000 with Adidas. Unbeknownst that Nike was also looking for Jordan as their future ambassador. However, Nike only offered $250,000, while Jordan already had a standing offer of $500,000 from Adidas.

Despite this, Falk pulled it off and managed to push Nike to increase the price. Afterward, Nike offered $500,000 with their conditions, and luckily, Jordan hit the bars. The previous episode opened up with Lee Yeon and Rang wandering through the train. They were in search of the Legendary Pipe and believed that one of the passengers in the first class could have it. So the pair took the first-class seat in the train heading to the “Kamo Unit,” with people serving as the army’s support troops. Soon the scene shifted to another guest, Ryo Hong-ju, sitting in the VIP section. It was later revealed that Hong-ju had the Legendary Pipe with her. Lee Yeon wanted it badly as it was the only way for Yeon to return to his home.

So Lee Rang decided to steal all the valuable goods from the first class passengers, believing one could be holding the Legendary Pipe that had the power to blow an entire mountain. The locals then appeared to help him. But Geum-ja and Young-soon scolded the twins for messing up with Kang-ho. However, they all declared that they had been friends since they were seven. Later Mi-Joo went to see Sun Young’s mother, who guessed her daughter had fled with her money.

They reconciled, but she was upset to see him working part-time to survive while also studying.

However, he told her he wouldn’t give up, and she decided to help him. She promised to invest in him by studying hard and providing everything. They later moved into Mi-joo’s Seoul apartment, where he studied and she worked hard. The pair also decided to marry one day. But Mi-joo was shattered after realizing it was in the past. At the end of the episode, Young-soon searches for Kang-ho, finds his wheelchair tracks, and follows it. He was searching for his ball and knocked on Mi-joo’s door.

Back to the present, Lee Yeon warned someone and revealed his future self sent him to inform the person that he finished his mission much later than expected. Now the only thing to finish it fast was by getting the Legendary Pipe, which happened to be on the train which would leave Busan that morning.

After a fierce fight, Lee Yeon reunited with Shinju.
