With such a cliffhanger ending, there is hope that the studio may return with Good Night World Season 2. In the beginning, it is revealed that Shiro has destroyed Pico. However, the latter’s human version appeared towards the season’s end. She was in her high school appearance and started crying after seeing Ichi. That revealed the latter was also alive.
