The viewers already saw his combat skills when he took down the Cloud shinobis. The title of the upcoming episode is indicating itself that what kind of fight Deepa will be going to have with the members of Team 7. 

According to the translated synopsis of Boruto Episode 166, Boruto and his comrades are on their way to find Asaka in order to retrieve Hashirama’s cells. However, Deepa catches up to them on their way. We can also see the same in the preview. Sarada tells everyone that Deepa is extremely strong. However, Boruto believes that he is just one guy, and if they all team up, they can beat him. But as expected, their battle will grow intense. Sarada’s Sharingan and Mitsuki’s continuous struggle is a clear hint of that. Meanwhile, Hiruga will leave the battle scene to notify his brother Asaka about the danger. According to the preview and the spoilers, Deepa will have the upper hand in their fight, and for some reason, Victor will also arrive at the scene.

What Has Happened?

Deepa came to know that the shinobi of Land of Haze possess the Hashirama Cell. Elsewhere, Boruto and his teammates finally locate Hiruga, who uses his Forbidden Jutsu: Hellish Obliteration against the member of Team 7.

They are stuck in a mud-like Jutsu and are incapable of doing any of their Jutsu against Hiruga. Boruto sorts out, like his brother Yuuga, Hiruga’s Jutsu will also claim his life. He got stunned to see the shinobi throwing their lives away. Later Hiruga explains he wants to take the Hashirama’s Cell to his village and help everyone.

What Has Happened?

The fifth episode of the show highlighted a few sad moments with Billy as he tried to punish himself for losing Becca again. And the warm moments between him and Hughie were difficult to watch as well. Getting to witness Billy around his family was also a pleasant change of pace and allowed more details into his past. Homelander and Stormfront’s hilarious conversation gave some astonishing moments and a few great laughs, but the scene also provided an example of how powerful the second season’s new lead star is.

It advances to strongly evolve its character-driven plot with another sound episode featuring a remarkable performance by Homelander (Antony Starr). The only disappointing thing about the previous episode is that it was less focused on the character of Queen Maeve. It still feels a bit underdeveloped.

In an interview with Radio Times, Katherine Kelly stated that the show is unique in more than one way, and that is one of the reasons why the show got more than one season. She went on to say that they did only three episodes in the first season but then did four episodes in the second season, which is one more. Kelly went on to say that the way this show is scripted, they could do one, or could do six, or they could leave it and come back to continue a few years later.

Kelly says that the show has its own unique formula and all of it is quite unpredictable. So, nobody can say what the plan really is. She went on to say that even after all of that, she thinks that there is a plan to do more. George, the writer, and co-creator of the show, has more plans for what could be coming. He has other stories and episodes already ready in his mind.

What’s Coming Next?

Every episode of the show is quite self-contained. However, there is one story that is running through both the seasons like a thread. So far, DI Tony Myerscough has been struggling to gather the courage to ask his boss Natalie out on a date. By the end of the second season, Natalie was quite bored of waiting and took matters in her own hands. She asked Tony to share a drink at the bar. The third season would indeed continue exploring their relationship along with a police investigation by the side. As for how long the upcoming season would be, honestly, we don’t know yet. In the interview, Kelly suggests that the length of the show would keep varying.

Speaking about the release date, since the show just released, it will be sometime before we get more of Criminal Minds. We can hope that the show would release sometime in 2021 or early 2022, maybe. The inaugural season of the anime came with twenty-five episodes, which used the first twelve volumes of the manga. In contrast, the manga consists of a total of thirty-seven volumes. Therefore the creators have more than enough source material to make Air Gear Season 2. They can even make more than one season with the remaining chapters of the manga. It seems like the creators planned to end the anime with its third season but didn’t advance after the first season.

Will The Fans Ever See Air Gear Season 2?

Honestly, the chances are pretty low. The creators stopped making the anime like Noragami after it failed to make enough profit. The fan base of Noragami is pretty huge. Even the name of the movie isn’t decided yet. Therefore the fans are confused between whether it will be 28 Months Later or 28 Years Later. Well, we speculate the name to be the prior one as it will be more continuous to that of the previous name. 28 Years Later could become a more distant thought.
