For Life isn’t an ordinary legal drama as it is inspired by a true story. And it wasn’t easy to achieve such a hugely positive response. Still, For Life Season 2 secured its place in the AMC’s upcoming lineup. The series draws massive attention as it got renewed in the following weeks of George Floyd’s death. The show is being known for raising its voice against injustice happening on the innocent people. For Life, created by Hank Steinberg, is a legal drama series on ABC. The series is based on Issac Wright Jr. Aaron Wallace’s true story. Aaron Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock) is a former club owner, imprisoned for drug trafficking for a crime he didn’t commit. In reality, the drugs belonged to his friend. But Aaron was life-sentenced with no clue of his parole. However, during this period, he earned a defense lawyer license and helped his fellow prisoners to get justice, while attempting to return to his home and the life that the wrong allegations had ruined.

For Life Season 2: Possible Storyline

A Potential Time-Jump

In an interview with Deadline Hank Steinberg discussed the possibilities that the upcoming season would experience a time-jump. He said the show is currently running six months before the pandemic and Black Lives Matter protest started. So, presently they are working to begin the second season just a few months before the coronavirus outbreak and the world rupture by George’s brutal death.

It Would Portray The Current Situation

Hank stated that it’s more critical for them to depict Black Lives Matter protest in their show. Since the show portrays the fights for justice, so many eyes are on them to represent such a crucial matter. However, it’s not that easy to do so. It’s such a sensitive and delicate issue that he feels to portray while keeping George and the injustice happened with him in their mind. Presently all the writers are working in the writer room to write a story that could feel real.

Hank continued that there writer’s room is half black and half white. So they are having some painful and honest conversation regarding the story. However, he pointed out that they can’t thoroughly feel the pain and struggle that their fellow Black Americans faced. So, it is quite difficult for their not black writers to understand. But, they are working to portray those sentiments, struggles, dishonest behavior, and misunderstanding of people in the best way.

Aaron Will Leave The Prison

Hank confirmed that in the previous season, they were planning to get Aaron out of prison. So, he can reunite with his family and also re-incorporate into his old Life. Thus it could be a better opportunity to take him out of prison just before the coronavirus outbreak. So, they can portray the pandemic and how the cast tackles such a situation further, by revealing the brutal side of the police.

Hulu’s comedy series- Ramy released a few weeks ago. After that, fans have constantly been wondering about Ramy Season 3. Co-created by Ramy Youssef, the show follows Ramy Hassan, played by Youssef; a dual American-Egyptian identity is on a spiritual journey in a politically divided neighborhood in New Jersey. 

The second season sees Ramy solicit guidance from Sheikh Ali Malik. He initially finds peace and helps a military veteran. By the end of the second season, Amani had arrived from Egypt. He was initially acting very cool. Ramy’s marriage goes as he had thought it would. He even spends some quiet quality time with his wife. Then Ramy tells that he would like to have one more wife. He sites the Western—marital customs as corporate brainwashing. Zainab has a hard time with this news. She finds it all even more difficult when she comes to know that her husband had sexual relationships with his cousins. Ramy then wakes up and finds Shiekh Ali has come in to confront him. After that, he loses all the support of his Muslim mentor. 

In Ramy Season 3, it is possible that Ramy would introspect and find himself before he commits to a romantic relationship. The second season concludes by revealing that Shadi- Amani’s brother has feelings for Dena, Ramy’s sister, who later leads into an awkward conversation between Amani and Ramy. The final sequence of the second season where Ramy sits in a vehicle with a dog while listening to the “How to Be a Muslim” hints that the upcoming installment will be more about Ramy trying to lead a clean lifestyle and being more respectful to everyone around him. 

Ramy Season 3: Renewal & Release Date

This is the good news all the Ramy fans were waiting for. Hulu has ordered Ramy Season 3. The installment will consist of 10 episodes. The latest installment of the show has bagged great reviews. The show was even able to grab 96% of Rotten Tomatoes. Everybody is praising Youssef’s performance on the show. So, this renewal seemed quite on the cards. Another Character From Past

The promo for the upcoming episode, Agents of the SHIELD season 7 episode 8, reveals that the show will be bringing in Daisy’s mom back. Daisy’s mom was the Inhuman leader- Jiaying. For the final season, the show is wrapping up their story by incorporating time travel in it.

Dichen Lachman Is Coming Back For Agents Of Shield Season 7 Episode 8

Recently the promo of the upcoming episode came out. It confirms that Dichen Lachman will come back to the show as Daisy’s Inhuman mother. The clip for the next episode of the show- After, Before features, Melinda May and Elena go to the afterlife. It is the Inhuman community on the planet. They go there to find Jiaying. The duo hopes that Jiaying and her community would be able to figure out why Yo-Yo lost all her powers. They also hoped that Jiaying would be able to find a way to get them back. 

Jiaying’s return was another surprise for all the fans in Agents of SHIELD season 7. She hasn’t been a part of the show since the second season when she died in the season finale. Now, the show is all set to throw some light on Jiaying’s life years before she tried destroying the SHIELD. 

What Will Happen?

The biggest take away from the promo was Jiaying’s return. It does not reveal anything about the time frame of the episode. However, we place our bets on sometime in 1983s if the mission would happen after May. Yo-Yo would find Mack and Deke by the end of the last episode. With that said, we also think all events are before 1989 because Jiaying does not have any scars that she received in the experiments that Whitehall did. 

In Agents of SHIELD, viewers will not only get to see Jiaying but also- Gordon, who is a teleporting Inhuman, also a part of the second season. He will be teleporting Jiaying away from the quinjet in the promo. We hope that the episode is not just filled with callbacks but also solve Yo-Yo’s power mystery. The comeback of Jiaying an opportunity for Daisy to see her mother once again.

While Marissa investigated the person behind Utrax, she gets into conflict with her own mentor- John Carmichael, played by Dermot Mulroney, who is the new director at Utrax. What Could happen next? Hanna Season 3: Renewal Status & Release Date

Hanna Season 3 is due for renewal. However, keeping in mind the kind of reviews the first two seasons bagged, it seems unlikely that Amazon would not renew the third season. In an interview with RadioTimes.com star, Esmé Creed-Miles confirmed that she is interested in a third season. Showrunner David Farr has also discussed the possibility of Hanna Season 3. He says that he already has the show mapped in mind.

Farr says that how the second season ended, viewers would know that he has already planned a third season. He would love the opportunity to tell that story. He went on to say that he has always imagined a third season. Talking more about the show, Farr says that when one makes a TV show, one has to have a vague architecture of what you want for the show, and that can change slightly with time. For Hanna, he always had three seasons in his mind. 

What’s Coming Next For Hanna?

The second season of the show left some loose ends for a potential Hanna Season 3. There were many unexpected character team-ups and departures by the end of the second season. The most interesting one was the evolution of Utrax trainee Sandy. From being a wholesome blonde Brady, she became a brainwashed killer. She might be the new villain for Hanna Season 3. 

Along with that, by the end of the second season, Hanna successfully got hold of some Utrax employees. She saved Clara and a teenage captive whose father was killed. Marissa Weigler came in to save Hanna and blackmailed all the other survivors into helping her and Hanna re-infiltrate Utrax and seek out who is behind the whole organization. In the third season of the show, it looks like Carmichael, Hanna, and Marissa would take down Utrax. 

There doesn’t seem many changes in the cast of the show. Since the show isn’t renewed yet and hoping that it will be by the end of this year, we can expect the show to release sometime either in late 2021, or early 2022. The CW has renewed Dynasty Season 4 before its third season wrapped on the network. The series involved in controversy because of its mixed response from the audience. However, that didn’t bother the streaming platform. Earlier in January, The CW announced its upcoming lineup, and Dynasty Season 4 has secured its place with its fellow shows. Due to the current health crisis, it’s unclear when they would start filming again. But, till now, let’s hope for some good news from the network.

Dynasty, developed by Stephanie Savage, Sallie Patrick, and Josh Schwartz, is a soap opera on The CW. The series is the revised version of the 1980s soap opera of the same name. It begins with Blake Carrington (Grant Show), a billionaire, who gets engaged to Cristal (Nathalie Kelley), a rival employee at the family company. However, Blake’s daughter Fallon Carrington (Elizabeth Gillies), wasn’t happy with this engagement and tried to separate the couple. Unfortunately, her plan backfires, and Cristal got promoted because of Fallon. Meanwhile, Cristal’s nephew Sam “Sammy Jo” Jones (Rafael de la Fuente) romantically indulged with Fallon’s brother Steven (James Mackay). However, the family united against Cristal and tried to find about her dark past.

Dynasty Season 4: Renewed Long Back

On January 7, 2020, The CW released its 2020-2021 lineups. In that, Dynasty Season 4 has successfully secured its place along with other original shows of the network. The announcement came before its third season started airing on the network. However, many were surprised by this news as the series was always in a debate for its renewal. Dynasty secured the place on top 10 lists of most-watched shows on The CW. It earned a 7.3 positive response from the audience on IMDb. So, there’s no point in discussing why the streamer renewed the series.

Dynasty Season 4: When To Expect?

If considering the first three seasons release pattern, the fourth season is likely to stream in October 2020. Since the series debuted, every chapter started airing from October and wrapped up in the May of following year. Furthermore, the series scheduled for The CW 2020-2021 lineup. So it’s pretty clear to follow the same release pattern. However, due to the current condition, it’s possible that the upcoming season would premiere later this year.

Elizabeth Gillies Teased Production Details

In an interview, Gillies spoke about the sudden hold of the production. She said that the previous season was supposed to have 22 episodes. However, this coronavirus outbreak made them wrap on 20th. Now, it’s unclear when the finale episode would air on the streaming network. Further, Gillies said, they don’t know whether to pick up the upcoming season from where they have left off or come up with something different.

Elizabeth said: “It was left-right amid our last day of 20th episode. But the season consists of a 22 episode, so there is no finale at this point. It ends in a peculiar place. I don’t know if we’ll pick up the finale later, I’m not sure what the plan is. It certainly shouldn’t end on the episode we finished, because it’s just random and nothing’s resolved. I apologized if it does.”

The second season of Altered Carbon ended in such a sad note that made fans wondering what will happen next with the main protagonist. That’s why fans are eagerly waiting for Altered Carbon Season 3. However, Netflix has yet to renew Altered Carbon for its third season. The series showrunner Alison Schapker is willing to return to the set and start filming for the third chapter, along with the cast who speaks about reprising their character. But, we guess there’s an indefinite wait as the streaming platform did not comment anything on the series renewal.

Altered Carbon, created by Laeta Kalogridis, is a cyberpunk drama series on Netflix. It’s based on Richard K. Morgan’s 2002 novel of the same name. The series set in 360 years in the future in a futuristic city called Bay City, where one consciousness can be transformed into another body. These memories are written onto the cortical stack, a disk-shaped device embedded in a person’s vertebrate. However, this cortical stack can be transformed after one’s human body (is known as sleeves) destroyed. So the body can die but not the memories until someone breaks the disc. They were thus giving everyone a chance to live forever.

Altered Carbon Season 3: Has Netflix Renewed The Show?

On February 27, 2020, Altered Carbon Season 2 landed on Netflix. Usually, the streamer takes a couple of months to decide the future of the show. Since the series has passed its trial period, it’s more crucial now as whether the show’s creator would return with the show or not. The series is based on Richard’s trilogy of the same title. However, they have already portrayed them in the second season. So, it could mean that the third season future is somewhat in a daze.

Showrunner Is Ready To Return

However, showrunner Alison Schapker spoke about her readiness to return with another chapter of Altered Carbon. She told The Hollywood Reporter that there are so many things that she wanted to portray in the upcoming season. However, she couldn’t do it until Netflix officially announce the future of the show. But, whenever it happens, she is ready to direct the third season.

Alison said: “I have wishes, but we’re waiting on official word from Netflix. We don’t have a pickup. We’re season to season. Now I’m dying for the third season. I have a ton of ideas for directions, but I don’t know how much I can speak to that. But we’re ready to go.”

Anthony Mackie Wants To Reprise His Role

Anthony Mackie, who played Takeshi Kovacs, is eager to reprise his character. However, at the end of the previous season, his body was damaged. And now it seems his conscious will search for a new sleeve to revive. He told The Hollywood Reporter that he’s hoping to get another chance to play his part as it was his best experience to be a part of such a futuristic series. However, Mackie is unlikely to play Takeshi’s character again. But maybe the series creator has some other plans for his return.

Anthony said: “I hope I get the opportunity to bring Kavocs back again next season. I’m not ready (to leave like this). Working on Altered Carbon was one of the best experiences ever. I never had a bad day at work for the entire period. Playing Kavocs was like the family and the situation we developed as a cast and crew than it was just learning how to say my lines.”

Netflix has renewed its American comedy series- Dear White People for a fourth season. The news surfaced last October. Dear White People Season 4 will be the last season of the series. Originally the show was supposed to release sometime in 2020, but with everything shut down, that hasn’t been possible. So, when will we get Dear White People Season 4? Justin Simien, the show’s creator, revealed that the show would be exploring the myth of meritocracy in Dear White People Season 4. He also revealed that if the productions hadn’t stopped, the show would have been into productions. Simien revealed that they had completed the scripts. The creator called the script more relevant in the post-George Floyd world. He went on to say that they are figuring out a way that would be safe to start shooting. Whole Hollywood is trying to find a way to start the production safely, he added. He went on to say that he hopes they get to start productions this year.

The third season of Dear White people ended on a very serious note. However, it was also hopeful. Production Status For Dear White People Season 4

Further, Justin Simien said that many productions have resumed or will start soon. They are still figuring the best way to get back on sets and still be safe. Simien says that they employ hundreds of people, so figuring out things has been particularly challenging. The creator went on to say that he is hoping that the whole cast and crew will get back on a very safe set when they get back to work. There will be new protocols that they hope don’t negatively impact the show. 

We don’t know when Dear People Season 4 would release. Keeping in mind the current situations, we cannot be very sure that it would release this year.
