Tate Is Beaten Up On Days Of Our Lives

The spoilers for the week of January 8, 2024, reveal that when Brady and Theresa arrive at Statesville to meet Tate, they are in for a huge shock. They find their son with a black eye, and visibly shaken on Days of Our Lives. Turns out, he was ambushed the minute he arrived at the prison facility and beaten up. They are horrified by the sight and hit the panic button. Unfortunately, nothing will come of it as EJ refuses to budge from his stance. Later, Theresa asks Brady to get help from Nicole.

Brady Crumbles In Kristen’s Arms On Days Of Our Lives

Kristen allows Brady to be vulnerable on Days of Our Lives. When he confesses that he feels like a failure for not being able to help Tate. She reminds him that he is a good dad. She comforts him by telling him that he is a good person at his core. Hearing such warm and moving words from Kristen, Brady completely breaks down in her arms. Kristen, too, lets him take a moment to let it all out as she continues to soothe and comfort him.

Now, given their complex romantic history, we can’t help but wonder if this close moment will open the floodgates for some intense feelings between them on Days of Our Lives. As much as many Kristen fans would love that, it might not happen. At least not right now. This whole moment between them was about Brady being vulnerable and Kristen showing that she does have a heart. Besides, spoilers say that down the line, some new conflicts are waiting for both of them.

There are also going to be some family dinners in the upcoming episodes. One of them may include a dinner with Eric, Sloan, Marlena, and John. As if it was written in just to write Gabi off. Besides, there are many hush-hushes going around about Gabi being recast. So if she’s back, maybe Li can be too! Perhaps Li’s murder was actually faked. We have seen multiple people come back from ACTUAL deaths. So, this is just a piece of cake!

Is It Time For Li To Come Back and Join Wendy On Days of Our Lives?

But if Gabi has to be exonerated, and Li has to be discovered, then someone needs to do it on Days of Our Lives. Currently, Salem P.D. a.k.a. Rafe is wholly committed to the drug menace and EJ’s vendetta. So, that leaves only one person who can get personally invested in this story- Wendy Shin. Besides, some spoilers reveal that Trip is about to get a huge surprise next week. So, we are willing to bet that Wendy returns! All in all, we don’t think it is time yet to completely write off the Shins!

Brady Black is one of the most loved characters on Days of Our Lives. However, his history is rather tricky on Salem’s canvas. While he is a good guy, he really has pulled some questionable stunts. Like, his past as a drug-addict keeps coming back to haunt him. Something similar is going on these days on the Peacock soap. After Holly’s OD, EJ is out for vengeance. And his entire heat is raging down on Tate, solely on the basis that his parents were drug addicts, so perhaps he is one too. Not accepting even for one minute, that the drugs really could belong to Holly.

Thus, it does not come as a surprise that Brady is taking it all on himself on Days of Our Lives. He feels Tate is bearing the brunt of his past, and that he has failed as a father. “We’re talking about Brady Black, who’s not only an addict, but has gone through the ringer,” he tells Soap Opera Digest. So it is understandable that at this specific juncture he feels he is failing as a father and letting his children down. However, this might actually bring a breakthrough in his life with the mothers of both his children.

Since Brady missed his daddy-daughter date with Rachel, Kristen comes blazing in to lash at him on Days of our Lives. However, when he opens up to her about what had actually happened to Tate, she softens. Not only does she give him another chance to spend time with their daughter. She also reminds him that he is a good person. And that means a lot coming from the woman who took full custody of their daughter from him, says Eric Martsolf. Brady just breaks into Kristen’s arms after that. “Sometimes it takes tragic events to bring about some good things,” he points.

But that’s not all, he also these scenes coming up that will help him bond with Theresa too, on Days of Our Lives. Brady and Theresa go to meet Tate at Statesville. They find him beaten up and with a black eye. Expectedly, they are shocked and heartbroken. But there is really nothing they can do. Especially, with EJ as the D.A., wanting nothing but blood. So Eric tries to talk to Nicole, but she asks him to leave. Obviously, she does not want to believe that her daughter is in the wrong here. “They are at an impasse,” Eric shrugs. He wants to believe his son is right, and Nicole wants to believe that her daughter is.

Amid the whole mess, Alex fires Justin as Tate’s attorney on Days of Our Lives. This infuriated Brady even more. He feels that it is not Alex’s place to take these decision. Thus, he and Theresa have a face-off, both piling blame on each other. However, eventually, they get past their conflict. After all, their son is more important that anything else. When Brady visits Tate at Statesville, he is shattered to see his son injured and suffering behind bars. Being completely absorbed by Tate’s predicament, Brady fails to keep up a meeting with his daughter -Rachel. Kristen is livid, and blames Brady for playing favorites among his children. He is of course aghast at the baseless accusations.

Brady Reaches His Breaking Point and Relapses On Days of Our Lives

The spoilers reveal that things will continue to get worse for Brady in the upcoming Days of Our Lives episodes. After Kristen tears into Brady, even Rachel will lash out at her father. Steve Burton took soap fans by storm when he joined the cast of Days of Our Lives. Even though it was not his first stint on the long-running show, it was still a return after a mega gap. His fans, in particular, were psyched to see him on a soap again. Especially after his heartbreaking exit from ABC’s General Hospital. However, unfortunately, Steve Burton just made the shocking announcement of exiting DOOL after a year-long stint.

Daily Drama posted a video on YouTube featuring soap icon – Steve Burton. The actor announced in the video that he had wrapped up his final scenes for his exit from Days of Our Lives. Speaking about his experience on DOOL, Steve only had great things to say. He thanked his fans for appreciating his character on the Peacock soap. Furthermore, he thanked the cast and crew of the soap, saying that it was an incredible experience on the sets. The actor mused that he couldn’t believe it had been a year already! Well, when time flies by fast, you know it has been a fun ride!

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. So must Steve’s journey as Harris on Days of Our Lives. However, considering that the soap films months in advance, there is still a lot to play out for Harris on the screen. He filmed his final scenes in December 2023, so his exit storyline won’t play out for months to come. Although, Steve explicitly says in the video to watchout for his exit arc. So, we are guessing it will be something explosive. But we will have to wait to find out what it exactly is!

While we are sad to know that his time on Days of Our Lives is ending. We still can’t help but hope this exit opens the door for him to re-enter General Hospital. We are not saying Steve wasn’t great on DOOL, but it is no secret that he was just as phenomenal as Jason Morgan on General Hospital. For the unversed, The Pawn first appeared on Days of Our Lives back in 1985. He was an amnesiac man roaming the streets with his face covered in bandages. Steve found him, but The Pawn eventually was taken in by Victor Kiriakis. However, a war soon broke out between Victor and Stefano DiMera, both wanting to take control of this supposed assassin. Later, when the bandages were off, actor  Drake Hogestyn slipped into the role. He then named himself John Black. A Name he took from the memorial wall since he had no memories of his own.

Later, he was assumed to be Roman Brady on Days of Our Lives. However, the twist was written out of the story, and John went back to being John. Coming back to the present, when John and Konstantin came face to face, the latter immediately recognized his eyes. So John’s hopes of his unknown past being buried with Victor are going to be smashed. Konstantin has a long-standing history with Victor. He does know a lot about the deceased Kiriakis Patriarch’s history and dealings.

It is no secret that Days of Our Lives loves spinning some crazy tales in Salem, which are as far away from reality as possible. But that’s what has always been this soap’s charm, and the fanbase loves it for the same. Recently, DOOL reintroduced Blake Berris in an entirely new character – Everett Lynch. For the unversed, he previously used to play the now-deceased Nick Fallon. The second he set foot in Salem, renewed, we knew something major was up! But everything had been going smoothly till now. Ever since Everett debuted on Days of Our Lives, he seems fixated on his ex, Stephanie! It seems like he wants to win her back and restart their former romance. And even though he has made no mention of Jada, we know what’s the connection there. Yup! Stephanie isn’t his only ex in Salem. In fact, while he and Steph only dated, he was actually married to Jada Hunter previously. So it is weird that he does not even as much as breathes her name. Is that intentional, or is there another layer here that we aren’t seeing yet?

Everett’s Double Trouble On Days Of Our Lives

In recent Days of Our Lives episodes, Jada revealed that her ex-husband’s name was Bobby. However, when she flashed a photo of him, it was actually Everett sans the beard. Now, there are only two possibilities here, no wait – actually three! First, Blake Berris could be playing two characters now, Everett and Bobby. But considering that he has already played Nick, it’s unlikely he will don a third character. So, that leaves us with two more plausible possibilities.

One, he is a con artist! Everett may have used Bobby’s identity to live a life with Jada. And then be using Everett’s identity for a new life with Stephanie. That would explain why he does not talk about Jada. A second and more dangerously dramatic possibility is that he really was Bobby at some point. Everett mentioned to Stephanie that he was in a coma. What if his health issues are older than we think? Maybe, previously, too, he had some sort of a mental breakdown that gave him a secret persona – Bobby!

The spoilers say that Everett will be discussing a sensitive topic with Marlena soon on Days of Our Lives. What if he eventually takes treatment for his split personality from her? And if that’s true, who is to say that he won’t transform into Bobby every now and then and pull off evil stunts? Perhaps set the Horton house ablaze! We know a fire is about to go up there. In fact, Harris will take a bullet in upcoming episodes, what if Bobby is the one who pulls the trigger?
