Evil Season 3: Is It Renewed Yet?
While Evil Season 2 was on-air, Paramount+ renewed Evil for the third season. The series turned out as a fruitful gamble for the network as the viewership continued to grow week-over-week compared to its first season. While the first season struggled to deliver strong ratings, the show hit the bull’s eye in the second season while moving to a new platform. Thus the series directors signed a deal of extending a contract by one year more, hinting the show could continue to scare people with its enchanting stories.
Evil Season 3: Has Production Begun?
While the third season was renewed back in June 2021, the series underwent production in November 2021. Back in November 2021, the series co-creator Robert King took to Twitter to share some behind-the-scenes photos. It hints that the series has successfully started its production. However, it has yet to reveal when the filming for Evil Season 3 will wrap up. As we know, the third season will consist of ten episodes. So, there’s a chance that perhaps the show could be in its post-production stage.
Evil Season 3: Who Will Return?
The finale hints that Katja Herbers will definitely return as Dr. Kristen Bouchard. Despite Mike Colter’s David Acosta decided to follow God’s path, he will make his return with Aasif Mandvi as Ben Shakir. Besides them, Kurt Fuller as Dr. Kurt Boggs will return with Marti Matulis as George. Kristen’s daughters Lynn (Brooklyn Shuck), Lila (Skylar Gray), Lexis (Maddy Crocco), and Laura (Dalya Knapp) will also return. Additionally, Christine Lahti as Sheryl Luria will return with Michal Emerson as Dr. Leland Townsend and Ashley Edner as Abbey.
Evil Season 3: What Will Happen Next?
In the previous season-ending, David and Kristen finally explored their romantic feelings for each other by sharing a kiss. The upcoming season will explore the aftermath of their action. The third season will continue exactly from where it left off. Now the pair has to deal with the new twisted reality. But things will turn darker as David has finally decided to involve with “the entity,” an espionage unit within the Catholic church. Further, Ben will find himself on a crossover path where he might call his sister for help after dealing with these cases.

While the show has been filming the third season, the streamer has recently announced when the show will return. As per the reports, Evil Season 3 will return exclusively on Paramount+ on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Only a few months are left to watch the blood-soaked terrors with eerie sexual fantasies and insane encounters.
