However, if true, the above theories change everything we think we know about the ending of Greenleaf. The ‘Greenleaf’ Spinoff Will Focus On Lady Mae!

The creator of the Greenleaf, Craig Wright, previously talked about the upcoming Greenleaf spinoff. He said Bishop’s widow would be the focus of the forthcoming spinoff series for her close-up. Craig said, “I think Lady Mae’s new role as the pastor of or another church is definitely going be the tentpole of whatever we do next,” 

He went on to say, “When I saw her [preaching], it made me even more excited about the spinoff, because when you hear Lady Mae talking about how to love the past enough to let it go and how to look for the future, it’s just so exciting to me to do another chapter in the story.” 

ITV’s British historical drama, Beecham House, has been one of the most missed shows of dedicated fans. The show was announced in 2018, and the first installment came out on the network in June 2019. Thus, it has been more than two years since the last installment came out. And fans have been looking forward to Beecham House Season 2 since then. The first installment ended on a thrilling cliffhanger, making the fans crave another installment of the historical show. However, the show has not been able to make a return ever since.

Created by Gurinder Chadha, the period drama depicts the events of 19th century India. The show features a clear picture of historical India and the people under different rules throughout the century. Beecham House was set in 1785 Delhi during the Mughal rule. It focuses on the lives of the Beecham family, who move to their recently bought house.

The family is headed by a former East India Company soldier named John Beecham. John is determined to make the home his safe haven. But what leads further makes an interesting story of the first season of the show. Season One featured a total of six parts. So, will the shoe return for a second season? Will The Show Return For Beecham House Season 2?

The first installment of Beecham House concluded in July 2019. ITV had not given out any statement regarding the show’s future. However, as the silence continued, the hopes for a second season also began to fall. The broadcaster announced at the end of 2019 that they had no plans for Beecham House’s return. Later on, the series was aired in the US in June 2020. 

Although, Pallavi Sharda, the actress who portrayed Chandrika, revealed that the actress would love for the show to keep going. However, she was uncertain about the show’s future. Moreover, the writer and creator, Gurinder Chadha, also shared that she was extremely proud of their landmark TV series Beecham House. She also expressed her gratitude for the crew’s commendable job in making the show happen. Gurinder was happy about the audience response and how the viewership continued to grow. She was also excited about the show being launched in the US on PBS. 

Thus, fans and creators are willing to go ahead with Beecham House Season 2. However, the final decision was made by the network. Given the show’s average ratings, ITV decided not to go ahead with another season. Thus, if an alternate network picks up the show, then viewers might another installment of the show. 

The series had been promoted as Delhi Downtown Abby among the critics. However, the critics felt that the period drama did not live up to the expectations of a radical historical drama. But, the fans of melodramatic period soap operas loved the show for its beautiful depiction and storytelling. So, the show could return for Beecham House Season 2, if an alternate network picks up the show in the possible future.

What Happened In The Finale?

Beecham’s mother, Henrietta, arrived in India accompanied by Margaret Osborne. His previous marriage spoiled Henrietta’s plan to remarry his son with young Violet with the daughter of Maharajah. He also ended up being involved in a complicated plot twist with his disloyal former friend, the Emperor, and French mercenaries.

Unfortunately, John landed in trouble when the Emperor sent John to prison for stealing from him. It turned out that Samuel conspired with Castillon to frame John as she wanted John to return to England. Daniel informed John about it, but he still refused to name his accomplice, the Prince. The Empress prohibited the Prince from confessing his contribution. But, he eventually ordered John’s release after taking over the throne.

Samuel stabbed Castillon to cover his tracks and then escaped to save himself from being punished. John took Margaret to the Taj Mahal after selling the diamond and got engaged to her. Samuel, now a fugitive, watched the couple secretively. And when the duo reached the Beecham House, they found all the servants and the guards dead. 

Moreover, the assailants kidnapped young August at the end of the final episode. Thus, if we get to see Beecham House Season 2 in the future, John would have given his all to get August back. He would have tracked down the kidnapper, who could probably turn out to be Samuel. Things did not go Samuel’s way as he wanted John to go back to England.

Thus, the kidnapping would have been one of his tricks to get what he wants from John and the Beechams. However, it is for sure that John would not have given up so easily. He would have fought long and hard for August’s life and his freedom to stay in India in Beecham House Season 2.

Who Could Return For The Next Season?

The lead cast member that could return for Beecham House Season 2 could be Tom Bateman as John Beecham, Lesley Nicole as Henrietta Beecham, and Lara Dutta as Begum Samru. In addition, Leo Sutter as Daniel Beecham, Dakota Richards as Margaret Osborne, and Marc Warren as Samuel Parker are also expected to join the cast. Moreover, Pallavi Sharda, Bessie Carter, Adil Ray, Viveik Kalra. Kulvinder Ghir and Goldy Notay could all appear in season 2.

The Watch features an ensemble of powerful performers, starting with Richard Dormer as Sam Vimes, who is the leader of The City Watch. What Happened In Season One?

At the start of the first season of Netflix’s Arcane, Vi and Powder united with Vander and others for the uprising to liberate Zaun from the grips of Piltover. However, things did not go as the group planned. There was complete chaos, as Vander was killed in the Powder blast. After the death of Vander, Silco, a crime boss who makes ferocious monsters out of Piltover’s people, gets hold of the Powder. On the other hand, Vi is imprisoned. Meanwhile, Viktor and Jayce unlawfully experiment with arcane sorcery and create the destructive “Hextech.”

Jinx eventually accepts her new persona after Silco gets the Powder. Vi is freed from prison by Caitlyn. But Jinx abducts both of them. At the end of the first season, Jinx fired a rocket launcher at the council chamber of Piltover, using the arcane crystals, and the members of the council decided to free Zaun.

In Arcane Chapter One, Vander led the neighborhood while trying to maintain peace among the rulers of Piltover and the undercity. After the death of Vander, Silco rose up to the occasion and started running the undercity in a different but effective way. He made allied allies with crimelords and did everything in his power to bring the Nation of Zaun into existence.

However, a war is on the horizon for Piltover and Zaun. And Jinx’s actions in the first season might have destroyed all hopes of a peaceful resolution of the issue. Furthermore, Silco lost his life in the first season, creating a void in the undercity. In Arcane Season 2, Zaun might find its new leader to keep the undercity together. The letter also mentioned the owner of the Mercedes, Olivia Trelawney, who committed suicide in the guilt after the incident. After that, Bill begins his probe to uncover the truth. And during his investigation, he gets close with Olivia’s sister, Janey. 

As the series progresses, the game of cat and mouse starts getting more intense, and the stakes raise. We see that Billy Hartsfield driven by an existential crisis, is keen on making his mark on the world. However, as the story moves, Hartsfield outshines grounded reality to extended gullibility. Mr. Mercedes is still one of the eeriest and terrifying Stephen King adaptations on television. David E. Kelley adapted King’s Bill Hodges novel trilogy for the screen, with the first of three seasons premiering in 2017 on Audience Network. In contrast to the otherworldly events depicted in many of King’s television productions, Mr. Mercedes addresses humanity’s evils, with its scares based on reality rather than the supernatural.

Audience network’s off-beat Canadian comedy-drama series Loudermilk found a new home on Amazon Prime Videos after AT&T pulled the plug on the network.
