Amazon prime’s teen drama series is set to bring a whole new angle to the plotline with The Wilds Season 2. The first installment premiered on the network in December 2020. Cobra Kai Season 4 is yet to premiere on Netflix. However, the show is far from over, as the fifth season of the popular series is already in the works. Showrunner Jon Hurwitz has confirmed that the filming for the fifth season, which began a couple of months back in September, is now about to finish.

Hurwitz revealed the information while interacting with the show’s fans on Twitter. He said that the production is underway for the last episode of Cobra Kai Season 5. Although refusing to share any more details about the next season, Jon said, “whatever I’d say would be a spoiler.“

Cobra Kai Season 4: First Look Teasing More Drama

Of course, yes! As per the reports, Amazon renewed Wheel Of Time for the second run way before its first season could air. Amazon Studios head Jennifer Salke confirmed the main reason to renew the series for the second run. They wanted to continue investing in the fantasy genre of all type. Salke also told Deadline that the series’ opening was the most-watched premiere of this year. Even the pilot episode landed on Top 5 launches of all time on Amazon Prime Video. Although like other streaming platforms, Amazon Prime never reveals its ratings. Yet Salke teased that there were tens and tens of millions of streams within the first three days of its release.

Further, as per the third party TV-I, Wheel Of Time topped on social across all launched shows last weekend. The series even turned out as the biggest successful show on the streaming giant.

While Amazon renewed the series back in May, the creative team didn’t waste much time to continue filming. The filming for the second run began in July in Prague, the Czech Republic where it is currently filming. When Will Season 3 Release? 

Amazon Prime announced the renewal ofJack Ryan Season 3 in February 2019. They even started production in 2020, but it suffered a long delay because you know what! The Global Pandemic. Due to the show’s plot, it needs to be filmed on several international sites. Hence, it could not be done with covid restrictions in place. And the third season suffered a massive blow because of this. 

During 2019 and 2020, the showrunners for the series also changed. David Scarpa and Paul Scheuring, who replaced Cuse, both left after short spans. Finally, in January 2020, Vaun Wilmott became the showrunner for Jack Ryan Season 3. According to reports, the filming resumed in March 2021 and finished in October 2021.
