TARDIS reappeared, and the Doctor went to save Dan, but the ship was caught up by an unknown ship. Netflix’s original fantasy series Warrior Nun is edging closer to its premiere. Recently the series showrunner teased that production of Warrior Nun Season 2 is near to completion. However, fans have to be patient as the chances of season 2 to air this year are pretty thin.

Created by Simon Barry, the series revolves around a 19-year-old teenager who gets a second chance to relive her life as a Warrior Nun. However, because of her sacred powers, the powerful forces of heaven and hell are trying to find a way to control her. Can they? Let’s see!  

Within a month after the first season hit, the streaming giant Netflix renewed Warrior Nun for the second season. The first season gained a favorable rating of 68% on Rotten Tomatoes and 62 out of 100 on Metacritic. Despite some critics stating that the series leans too much on mythology, many called it a fun ride. Further, the series has been highly acclaimed for its cinematography and choreography. Additionally, within 30 days, the series became the third biggest TV show on Netflix. 

Even the show topped July 2020 chart and became the most-watched series on the streaming platform. In the United States, the show ranked at the sixth position, while in the United Kingdom, it ranked fourth. However, the show shortly raised to second position in the first weekend in the US, beating the highly-acclaimed series Unsolved Mysteries. Meanwhile, in countries like New Zealand, Netherlands, and Brazil, it topped the first position. 

Showrunner Already Mapped Season 2  

The fantasy series writers lately teased that they had already mapped the second season. Simon Barry, who serves as the series showrunner, said in an interview that when they were filming the first season, they had plenty of plots to delve in. So they created folders for them and hoped if they return for season 2 they know what to play out.

Simon also confirmed that the creative team regrouped to discuss what to explore in the next run shortly after the first season concluded. Moreover, after its renewal, the series cast and crew confirmed that season 2 is officially happening through a virtual call. 

New Cast Joins The Next Run

As per the recent announcement in October 2021, three new members have joined the team. Game Of Thrones alum Meena Rayann has joined the second season as Yasmine Amunet, a Coptic Nun who is a scholar as well as a journalist. Then Vikings: Valhalla star Jack Mullarkey will play Miguel, an enigmatic activist yet a keeper of secrets who knows about Ava’s mission. Besides them, Fantastic Beasts alum Richard Clothier will play Cardinal William Foster, who has command at the Vatican. Also, Nico Conde will join them as Hans and Ella Kweku. Meanwhile, the rest of the first season cast will return.

In June 2021, Simon shared several pictures of location scouting in Spain, teasing that the second season is in its pre-production state. Well, the writers already mentioned that they mapped the second season ahead of its renewal. Thus, it didn’t take much time for the cast and crew to begin filming. David Hayter, the series director, later tweeted that he was in Spain from May 2021 (for six months). 

Filming reportedly began on July 26, 2021, where Simon shared a picture of the cast near the river bank. On August 30, David shared a foggy yet beautiful scenery of the garden of good and evil. Just like the first season, it won’t take much time to wrap the production. As for filming, Simon confirmed that the main unit wrapped up filming on November 3 while the second unit still remains to film. But most of the second season filming has already been wrapped up.   

What Will Happen Next?

While the first run explored the return of Adrial that later caused several problems in Order and Ava’s life. So, the next run will likely see Ava joining forces with Order to fight back with Adrial. Since the beginning of the show, the demon was slyly attacking. Now in the second run, he will finally reveal himself to the world. But, Ava and Order aren’t alone as the forces of heaven may go down to help Order. Meanwhile, Ava’s power and skill as the Warrior Nun will grow. 

With her skills, she can combat alone with Adriel and his evil powers. But, the existence of The Order was built on a lie. Now it’s up to Ava and her sisters how they will deal with it. Meanwhile, Simon revealed that they held back several secrets in the first season, which they will reveal now. Further, Simon confirmed that the second season would explore the relation between Adrial and Father Vincent and how it will change Ava and her sisters’ perspectives. 

Warrior Nun Season 2: When Will It Release?

Filming just wrapped up this month. Thus, there’s still time left to binge the second run. However, the first season started filming on March 11, 2019 and wrapped up on July 5, 2019. Yet, it took a year to return on our screen. Thus, deeming that the series takes almost a year to finish its post-production work, we expect Warrior Nun Season 2 to air sometime by the end of 2022.

Carnival Row Season 2: Divisions Between The Faes And Humans

The first season of the show revolves around the murder mystery which stunned Carnival Row. Philo came to know that Absalom is his father. And Piety Breakspear was behind the murders that have happened. Breakspear believed in the prophecy about Philo. Absalom was killed by Piety in his attempts to persuade her that Philo will not be a threat to her. Furthermore, Philo successfully defeated Dark usher monsters. And Vignette killed Piety in order to restore peace in the Carnival.

Now, Carnival Row Season 2 will likely pick up after Piety’s death, with Philo accepting his half-fae identity and joining the other faes in the ghetto. However, despite his willingness to embrace his fairy ancestry, he remains perplexed and troubled by his identity dilemma.

Carnival Row Season 2: Release Date & Production Updates

The first season of Carnival Row with its eight episodes dropped in August 2019. And the announcement of the show’s renewal for a second season also came in 2019. However, due to several delays and obstructions, fans are still waiting for a second season.

The series finally began production for its second run in late 2019. But, the show suffered a hit from Covid19 and was forced to stop in March 2020. The filming restarted later and continued till August 2020. The series suffered another dealy as one of the prominent cast members Orlando Bloom who plays Philo, was unavailable. However, Bloom returned to the show for shooting for his parts in May 2021. But in all of this delay, fans have been wondering as to when does the Carnival Row Season 2 comes out?

The official Twitter handle of Carnival Row shared some set photos on September 16, 2021, announcing that the production for Carnival Row Season 2 officially wrapped. Eric Oleson will serve as the showrunner for season 2 after Travis Beacham’s exit from the show. Despite all these updates, the official release date is not yet announced by Amazon Prime. However, because Carnival Row Season 2 is in the post-production stage, we can expect season 2 to arrive sometime in early 2022.

So, she raised questions about having a boyfriend, holding hands, and kissing at the Sunday School. Pastor Rob figured out that the conversation was heading towards sex. So, he thought it would be great to give the kids a lesson about sex before they get to know about it from TV.

Further, in Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 6, he put forward the idea in front of Pastor Jeff and Mary, who seemed reluctant about it. Moreover, Mary and Rob got into a small argument about the matter. She felt that the parents should be the ones to talk about sex with their children.

When she reached home, George felt quite awkward when Mary told him to talk to Missy about the matter. So, she took the matter into her hands and sat down with Sheldon and Mary. While Sheldon was open to the conversation, Missy felt awkward talking to her mother. She was annoyed by her mother intervening in a sensitive matter and ran away.

Sheldon then showed up at Missy’s window. He tried to talk to Missy, who told her to go away. So, he went to Dr. Sturgis to understand the matter. Sturgis suggested that they should get a bigger sample size to understand how adolescents feel. Thus, he asked some questions to an adolescent employee working at the store. Eventually, Sturgis got fired for asking awkward questions to a young kid at the store. 

Meanwhile, in Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 6, Sheldon felt more conscious about understanding what was going on with Missy and why he did not feel the same way. Eventually, he realized that sex is taboo, and people usually refrain from talking about it. And that is exactly how Sheldon found the word “Coitus” from the dictionary. He will now use this world all his life in a classical Sheldon way, as we all know from the original series.

Mary And Missy Have A Crush On Pastor Rob In Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 6

It seems like Missy asked all those questions about sex because she felt attracted to Pastor Rob. After failing to talk to Missy, Mary decided that Rob should speak with the kids. The next day, Rob dropped in to apologize to Mary about their argument. She accepted the apology and suggested that Rob should take up the sex topic with the kids. Rob offered Mary to join her at the session as he felt she had more experience with the kids. They looked for references together and shared their sexual history. 

The awkwardness led to Mary dreaming about making out with Rob. However, Pastor Jeff called off the session made angry calls to him about the matter. Mary also agreed to call off as she felt awkward after fantasizing about Pastor Rob. Eventually, Missy’s friends fought with her because of their mad parents. She came home sad and crying. The episode ended with Missy dreaming about marrying pastor Rob with Jeff performing the ceremony.

Connie Restarts Her Gambling Business With Georgie

Georgie discussed his position at the gambling joint with Connie in Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 6. Unfortunately, she turned him down at first. However, he threatened to tell mary about the gambling joint. So she made Georgie the assistant manager. He then used the trick of handing the price as winning for gambling slots.

Then Georgie repurchased those gifts, giving their money to the winners. However, the cop who shut the place down earlier returned to the gambling joint for a shakedown. But he suggested Connie give the department 10% of the joint’s profit to keep the business going.
