Sa-bu tries to call Woo-jin, but he’s too unreachable, leaving his fate up in the air. This is because Woo-jin decides to help the patients without proper equipment. On the other hand, Jin-man is unaware of the situation as he heads to see an authority figure. But soon, his meeting seems interrupted as Sa-bu calls him to return to the hospital. Previously in Dr. Romantic Season 3 Episode 8, Sa-bu and Eun-jae tried their best to save a patient’s life. But things didn’t go accordingly. While everything went downhill, the patient managed to survive. Eun-ja quickly pulled herself and started working on the surgery. Meanwhile, those who came with the man from Eun-tak’s past started beating him. In the nick of time, they started beating him and threatened to leak the video where he was hitting a patient if he wouldn’t get drugs. On the other hand, Gi-tae learned the shooter was an ex-military man who had taken the entire hospital hostage. Woo-jin looked for Eun-Tak.
