Black Summer Season 2: Created by Karl Schaefer and John Hyams, the first season of Black Summer released in 2019. The show received much love from the audience. Soon enough, debates on whether we would Black Summer Season 2 or not started making rounds. Later on, Netflix cleared everything by announcing that the show is in fact, happening. Black Summer Season 2: Renewal Status!

Netflix had already renewed the show back in November 2019. That was only six months after the first season of the show was released. Actress Jaime King also took on to her social media to express how happy she was that they were getting a second season. The news that Jaime king will produce the next season also surfaced. Production Status!

The productions for Black Summer Season 2 started early in 2020. But then on March 18, 2020, production for the series was paused and then postponed for two weeks. However, those two weeks never ended. The on-going pandemic has paused everything for an unforeseen time. The pandemic first postponed the shoot to July 2020, and the reports later suggested that the filming would start on August 17, 2020. After that, another report revealed that the team will finally get back on the sets on September 3, 2020. Also, the team will start production in Calgary, Canada this September. 

What’s Coming Next?

After the first season of the show concluded, the opinions on whether the producers should make a Black Summer Season 2 or not started making rounds. These were quite divided. The inaugural season ended with Rose and her daughter getting back together. This scene gave all viewers the good ending they were looking for. The only survivors from the first season were Sun, Spears, and Rose, who survived their journey to the stadium. Rose’s story had happily concluded after she got back with her daughter. Spears’ motivation to survive was to help Rose. In the meantime, Sun does not speak anything in English, which may only be because he is looking to be evacuated. The only character who could take the show forward is Vallez, but then Rose had the mercy to kill him. 

One thing that was widely hinted in the first season was the tsunami. But clearly, we did not get to see it in the first season. So, when the show comes back for Black Summer Season 2, we might perhaps get to see a tidal wave on zombies coming in and taking over. Considering how bad these protagonists are at killing zombies, that will be a big game to play. It is possible that the show might take on mass starvation, paranoia, and panic that the first season gave and explore it in greater detail in the second season. 

If things remain as planned and the team starts their production in September, we can expect the show to release sometime in 2021. Succession Season 3: Plot Details

The way the second season ended left all fans quite shocked. Kendall Roy was about to take the fall for the sexual harassment allegations he was accused of. Not just that, he also attempted to cover up Waystar Royco’s disease. He kept on ignoring his prepared press statement and put the whole blame on his father, Logan. He even refused to take the fall of the firm and finally stood up for himself. Ever since the show ended, fans have been debating on what could be coming up in Succession Season 3. 

The way the second season ended makes it very difficult to think of what could be coming up next. How would Logan take his son’s betrayal? Will he be able to continue his charge of the firm? The smirk on his face in the final moments of the season, it hinted towards a pained pride as if he is impressed by his son’s bravery. Fans know that Logan has the proof for Kendall’s involvement in the waiter’s death from the trip to the UK in the first season. So perhaps that secret will come out eventually. 

While we are all trying to think of what could come up on the show, fans have been coming up with new theories. One popular theory that is making rounds is Kieran Culkin’s Roman Roy theory. It suggests that each season of the show focuses on one Roy member. The first season focused on Kendall, second on Shiv. What will be next? Who will be the next focus? Could Roman be the third one? Release Date & Future

HBO renewed Succession season 3 in 2019. Then this year in mid-March, the news of show being delayed because of Coronavirus surfaced. Deadline reported that the show was in the pre-production phase when the productions paused. In a statement, the channel said that they are looking forward to resuming productions when things get safe and healthy for everyone. They are hoping things get well soon. The statement also revealed that they would continue writing various projects where they can work remotely. 

Recently showrunner Jesse Armstrong spoke in an interview that they have tentative plans to start filming before or at least after Christmas. But that isn’t the sure timeline either. He said that they are trying to think that they can start shooting in New York before Christmas. He went on to say that the plans are still conversations. They don’t know what the situations will be at that time, but they are planning like that at the moment. 

We don’t know when the show would release, but let’s hope for a late 2021 or early 2022 release. HBO hasn’t yet commissioned the show for more than three seasons. The OA Season 3: After making all the fans wait for almost two years, xNetflix finally dropped the second season of the mystery show in March 2019. Ever since the release, all fans have been asking for more. Would we get The OA Season 3? The second season has bagged great reviews from critics with 92% rating on rotten tomatoes. The second season left all the viewers with a number of questions. Will we get the answers? What is coming up? When will the show release? Here are all the details-

What’s The Renewal Status?

This is indeed a sad news for all The OA fans. Netflix has decided not to renew The OA Season 3. The platform has dropped it after two chapters. In a statement, Cindy Holland- The Vice President at Netflix said that they are very proud of the sixteen episodes they have made. With that, they are also very grateful to the co-creators Zal Batmanglij and Brit Marling for sharing their vision and making it possible to use their incredible artistic sense. Holland continued to say that they are looking forward to working with the duo in the future.

Marling also took on to social media to share her reaction on the cancellation news. She wrote that she and Zal are both very sad that they did not get to finish their story. The first time she came to know about this, she cried. Not just her, but also one of the executives at Netflix who had been with them all through since their early days. 

However, not all hopes are lost. Like many other shows, it is possible that some other streaming service might pick up the show and bring more episodes. For what we know, the story isn’t over yet. Before the second season of the mystery drama released, actor Jason Isaacs, who plays the character Hunter Aloysius “Hap” Percy revealed that the creators had five seasons panned out of The OA. 

What Could Happen In OA Season 3?

If any platform picks the show for a third season, what would it bring to the table? Actor Kingsley Ben-Adir, who played Karim Washington, the private detective in the second season, says that The OA season 3 would indeed be wild. He continued to say that he knows where the third season will go, and that is the nut. Nobody can imagine it. It is crazy. You think it is going in one direction, but then it goes in all other directions. He revealed that everybody would get what they deserve by the end of it all. 

Isaac added that the first two seasons are very different from each other in more than one way. He says that he has no doubts that the third season would be different too. The creators don’t like getting bored, and hence they wouldn’t want the audience to get bored either. 

With that said, it does look very interesting to see what’s coming up next. However, the creators have revealed that it takes a long time to make one season. Sinister 3: Back in 2012, Director Scott Derrickson came in with the supernatural horror film called Sinister. The film was an immediate success upon its release. After that Blumhouse Productions produced yet another Sinister movie named, Sinister 2. The movie released in 2015. The company has had many past hits, so as everyone expected, the second Sinner would be to. However, the movie could not bag much attention, and everyone has wanted it to. 

Both the Sinister films showed quite a promising premise to become a franchise like all others. But now, after five years, what is happening? Could more be coming? The first film of the franchise was based on Ellison Oswalt’s stories. The movie saw Ethan Hawke as he, along with his family, goes to a new home. There he finds a box of Super 8 mm film reels. These reels are labeled- home movies. Eventually, he discovers many deeply disturbing series of children committing murders. Ellison takes these reels to an occult symbol specialist only to understand that all of the dates march back to an ancient boogie-man- Bughuul. 

Not just in the first movie, Bughuul is also the main character of the second movie. He uses his powers to manipulate children and makes them kill their own families while they record it with the Super 8 camera. Using these ghost children, Bughuul become successful in his attempts. Then in the second movie, the camera is shattered, and the Bughuul fails. For moments it looks like that no camera means no Bughuul. But later on, as the movie ends, Bughuul jumps back to the screen to scare off everyone. So, could he be coming back? Here is all we know

Sinister 3: Why Would It Not Happen?

The second movie of the Sinister franchise released back in 2015. After that, in 2018, Jason Blum hinted at a possible potential sequel movie. But then, all the things seem to vanish. Back in the time, Blum had hinted an Insidious crossover with Sinister. But is it really happening? Keep reading to know. 

Jason Blum admitted that he has worked on various ideas for Sinister 3. However, he does not think that there would be another Sinister Stand-alone film again. One of the many big reasons is the response. The first movie from the franchise was indeed applauded. It earned a great deal of popularity and profit. However, the second movie failed to do so. 

Sinister 2 was widely criticized for its jump scare and shock value. It did not have new surprise elements that everyone was hoping for. While some called the movie underdeveloped and only one dimensional, the characters couldn’t impress viewers either. Critics seem to be especially harsh for the movie. One part reason for it was the high expectations that everyone had from the second movie. Many other Blumhouse movies in the same timeframe has proved to be highly successful. 

Ultimately what we can say is, it does not look like the creators are ready to bring Sinister 3 anytime soon, given the responses the second movie has bagged. However, we wouldn’t say that all the possibilities are lost. Bughuul not if right now, but later on indeed will make appearances in movies. Until then, Sinister remains one of the most horrifying supernatural films of all time.

Search Party Season 4: Renewed?

It’s a piece of good news, indeed. Search party season 4 has already been renewed. In fact, the show was renewed back in 2019. HBO Max was set to launch it that time. The new streaming service became the home for Search Party and revealed that they were looking forward to expanding the show. HBO Max is the home for the first two seasons of the Search party. Their goal was to find a bigger audience for the show. 

What’s Coming Up? Plot Details!

There’s a lot that Search Party Season 4 would cover. The third season left us with a big cliffhanger around Dory, which would be addressed in the coming season. After it was proved that Dory wasn’t behind Keith’s murder, she became a free woman. However, that freedom is short-lived. She returns to her apartment, and then her stalker kidnaps her. He chains up the woman with her newly shaved head. She is being kept in a location nobody knows about.

Drew, who is also free now, wants to stay away from Dory. He thinks that he cannot trust her or her mental state anymore. While Elliott and Portia are out of trouble, they are also struggling with their trust issues. Once these people were very close, but now, they have all drifted apart. Their group is now fractured. But, all of them might come together to save their friend Dory. When the team comes back, fans will get to see another investigation, while this time, they will be searching for their own Dory. 

Productions & Release Date

Here is a piece of another good news, Search Party Season 4 has already wrapped up. The writer of the series- Starlee Kine took revealed that they started filming in 2019. Later on, co-creator Charles Rogers confirmed that they had concluded productions for Search Party Season 4. The team started productions in December and concluded it in February 2020, before lockdown paused everything. 

However, the creators of Search House have not yet spoken about the release date. The latest season that is the third season released June. So, HBO might take sometime before they release Search Party Season 4. We place our bets that HBO would release the installment earlier in 2021. Or maybe they would make the show their summer series and release all their subsequent installments in June or July. Now that production is complete; there isn’t a lot to worry about. Sooner or later, the show would release. It might be in the post-production stage at the moment. We will get details about it soon. Sex Education Season 3: While all other schools shut down because of COVID-19, it looks like one school everybody has been waiting for opening is opening soon. It is the Moordale Secondary School. All our favorites, including Maeve, Otis, Jean, Eric, Adam, Jackson, Aimee, and Mr. Groff, are coming back to tell their story in Sex Education Season 3.

The latest installment, that is, the second season released in January 2020. The installment was not only a commercial success but also a critical acclaim. It bagged 96% on Rotten tomatoes. Ever since the release, fans have been asking when they would go. While all were looking forward to more, COVID-19 hit us all and delayed everything. Productions To Start Again This August!

The latest reports suggest that Sex Education Season 3 will resume production this august. Filming had stopped amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier Deadline reported that the producer of the show, Eleven, was hopeful and was keeping August as his target to get back in action. The new parent company, Sony Pictures, has now revealed that they have started the show’s background work. Sony’s president of international production- Wayne Garvie says that everything is good at the moment. Producers are making progress and developing standard preparations. In the meantime, they are also drawing up all the safety measures possible. All the cast members are looking forward to their schedules.

The installment was supposed to start productions in May, but then the social distancing measures happened, and everything was put on ice as Wales was under lockdown too. Now we can all expect the show to start shooting the latest by August this year. The show is also dependent on the weather because the sunshine is very important for the show. In an interview, Garvie says that he is very optimistic that the production will get back on track. However, he did warn that there will be problems in the whole fraternity with the new situations. He says that things will be very different in the coming years. They will be tricky, and there will be some startings, and some stops again. Things will be messy, but then things will get better eventually. 

Sex Education Season 3: What Will Happen Next?

Netflix has kept all details about Sex Eduction Season 3 under wraps. However, we do know that the show will keep exploring relationships between the students of Moordale Secondary School. The installment will indeed focus more on what happens between Maeve, Otis, Eric, and Adam. 

In June, actor Asa Butterfield spoke to Hollywood Reporter about his thoughts on what could come up in Sex Education Season 3. He spoke about characters Otis and Maeve and revealed that they both would have grown as a couple, in fact, not just as a couple but also as friends. Butterfield revealed that he loved Emma, and they get on amazingly well. He continued that it is very hard for them to put a finger on anything when they are experiencing that chemistry. However, there are moments, fireworks. He thinks that when someone works with someone and it feels right. Butterfield says that Emma is really good at showing Maeve’s different shades and showing her vulnerability to the audience.  

Talking about Otis, Butterfield says that the character is one of the very few people who can get Maeve to show her cracks. The two did not get many scenes together in the second season, and that was sad. Midsomer Murder Season 22: Nick Hendrix Leaving The Show? 

In 2016, when the nineteenth season of the show released, Nick Hendrix joined the show to portray detective Sergeant Jamie Winter, the regular sergeant on Midsomer Murder. He worked with DCI John Barnaby, played by Neil Dudgeon. Now, the actor has spoken about his character Jamie Winter. Is he leaving? 

In an interview with Radio Times, Nick revealed about the future of his character on the show. He says he did not have any plans to follow Neil Dudgeon and the previous inspector, Tom Barnaby (John Nettles). Both of them have had long careers on the show, with ten and fourteen years respectively. 

Nick Calls The Cast A Family!

Nick said that he doesn’t think that. People go after some time. He explained that he came in for only ten minutes, and then there’s someone who has been here for 20 minutes. But as of now, Nick is not leaving soon. He stated that he has no intentions and will go on with the show as long as he is having fun in doing it. The actor added that he has many aspirations other than being on the show. So, it’s not his plan to stay in one job and do it for a very long time. But, he just finds turning this job down very hard. So, like each year, he is just going on with the flow. 

The fun he has on the show is what keeps him hooked. Nick says that he genuinely enjoys doing the job. In fact, he says Midsomer is warm and friendly, and everyone there is sort of cozy and a family. So, the energy keeps him going. The people are lovely, and Nick goes on well with Neil so, he enjoys working alongside him.

Weird Mysteries In Episode 3 & 4

The third episode- The Sting of Death: The Deddinftons’ featured a successful bee business of the village of Granville Norton. However, it looks like the residents will do anything to get their name on the map. 

Then in the last episode- Episode four- ‘With Baited Breath,’ we got to see a huge group of villagers who have gathered in Solomon Gorge village. They have come in to catch a giant fish. Everybody believed that the fish lives in the lake. However, all plans fail when many sportspersons come to the place to partake in the mud run.

Who Is Coming Back For Mountain Monster Season 7?

So, it is unclear if the team will come back without their leader, or one of them will act as the new leader or the team will change entirely.

The whole team acts as the hunters and trappers who live in the vicinity of the Appalachian Mountains. Along with that, the team also works as cryptozoology experts who know how to unravel evidence from the existence of mythological entities very well. 

The previous AIMS team was founded by Tice, Headlee, and McQuillian. They traced the whereabouts and then proved that there are mythical beings that are still present on earth’s surface. Of all the creatures the crew found include Bigfoot, Hellhound, werewolf, Lizard Man, and Mothman tops the list. 

When Will The Show Release?

The sixth season of Mountain Monsters premiered in August 2019 on Travel Channel. The installment was 11 episodes long. Mountain Monsters is a show that has bagged an immense fan base. So much of a fan base, that after the fifth season released, almost 17000 fans signed a petition to bring the sixth season. Well, the show did come back after that, bringing chills down our spines.
