High Seas Season 4: Is It Renewed Yet?

Unfortunately, not! Well, Netflix had ordered the third and fourth seasons together. That was supposed to continue soon after the third season wrapped up. However, back in 2020, the news surfaced from Spain that the giant streaming platform decided to cancel High Seas Season 4. This makes the third season the final season of the mysterious drama. It remains unclear what made the streaming giant cancel the show just after its renewal.

Why Netflix Canceled The Show?

There are plenty of reasons which point to the show’s cancelation. First, it had received a mixed response. On IMDb, it gained 6.8/10, while on Rotten Tomatoes, it received a 4/5 response. Thus it is possible that perhaps it could be the reason behind the show’s cancelation. Second, the COVID-pandemic halted the production of the show. It was supposed to go under production in 2020. But the pandemic put it on hold.

Well, it was the time when Netflix was scrapping off several of its original series. As per Netflix’s former vice president Cindy Holland, the cancelation was based on the cost vs. viewership graph. Well, the show failed to promote the series. So, it caught fewer viewers’ attention that further made Netflix pull off the project instead of spending money on it.

Sean ignored Dorothy’s growing paranoia for Jericho’s safety as he prepared dinner and she went upstairs. Leanne told Sean that the homeless guy almost worshipped her for being able to escape from the Church of Lesser Saints Cult. Dorothy convinced Leanne to take a two-month dance class in New Jersey to get rid of her. However, Sean was unhappy about Dorothy not consulting him before making a decision. Dorothy accused Sean of gaslighting her which was true since Jericho’s premature death last summer.

The following morning, Julian warned Dorothy that she was making a huge mistake sending Leanne away. However, Dorothy dismissed his remarks as “how it should be.” However, Leanne was about to leave when Dorothy screamed after seeing a reborn doll in place of Jericho. Everyone heard cries from different parts of the house while looking for Jericho. Veera broke up with Julian after he used her personal history against her.

Sean held the lifelike doll and prayed to god. He was aware that Leanne’s departure was related to Jericho’s disappearance. Dorothy confronted Leanne and asked her to tell where Jericho was. Leanne replied that Jericho had been in the nursery the whole time. Dorothy broke into tears after finding Jericho while Sean comforted her. He told Dorothy that Leanne must stay, as he did not want to lose his son again.

Unfortunately, there is sad news for the series fans. Soon after the show’s first season aired on the streaming platform, Netflix decided not to continue with Spinning Out Season 2. Firebite gained mixed responses throughout the entire season. On IMDb, the series gained 5.1/10 positive responses from the critics, while it gained 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. Yael stated that Firebite has wonderfully shown brutal colonialism. It also created a remarking statement with bringing vampires on the table. This is why Yael wants to continue with the second run.

Thus, if the show returns with the next season, then it would ultimately explore the battle between Australia and Britain.

This is because the two hunters will someone find a way to connect with the military. So, they might dig deeper into the root cause of the return of vampires. It will ultimately lead to bloodshed. It takes place in the vast wilderness where the popular hunter Steven Rinella shows how to hunt and cook a variety of species. The show usually explores the process of hunting and how the animal is caught. Later, it shifts to the nutrition it carries and how to prepare and cook it. MeatEater Season 11: Is It Renewed?

Sadly, we have not-so-good news for the series fans. Netflix is yet to renew the show for the eleventh season officially.
