Yaya DaCosta and Torry DeVitto, both of them, posted an emotional message on their Instagram handles after their exit from Chicago Med.

Now they will not appear in Chicago Med Season 7, but fans will certainly see some other new faces. Guy Lockard will join the cast of the seventh season as Dr. Dylan Scott. Kristen Hager will also join him in the forthcoming season as an attending physician named Dr. Stevie Hammer.

A few days back, the production manager of the thirteenth season, Rick Tunnel, posted a tweet that made everyone think that the production for the next run is completed. However, that wasn’t the case. It might have happened because the tweet read, “4:42 pm. That’s a wrap. One more day on ep#1304.” By ‘wrap,’ Rick actually meant that he was wrapping up for the day. Rick Tunnel himself confirmed this news exclusively to our team.

Therefore, it is pretty obvious that the production of NCIS LA Season 3 is still going on. The entire cast and crew of the police procedural drama are quite active on social media. So, it is likely that they will officially announce a wrap on the thirteenth season whenever it happens.

What Will Happen Next? 

The previous installment of the show ended without leaving any major cliffhanger to resolve in the forthcoming one. By the end of it, the team was completely done with the Russians and dolphins case. In the ending moments, the viewers saw Fatima having a heart-to-heart conversation with Roundtree where he admits that she was trying to cope with the anniversary of her best friend’s death. Sam went to watch the flight test of his son. Meanwhile, Kensi and Deeks had a picnic on the beach.

Since there wasn’t any losing thread, the storyline of NCIS LA Season 13 can go in several different directions. One of the snaps of Rick teased that the forthcoming season might focus on dreadful floods, hail, or thunderstorms. However, it is not confirmed, but there is a possibility that it might actually happen.
