Chambers Season 2: Will It Ever Return?

At that moment, the creator Leah Rachel had been mapping the second season’s script. But Netflix opted to scrap off the series just after its first run. The first season premiered back on April 26, 2019, and received mixed and average reviews. Thus Netflix didn’t take much time to announce its decision. And after a couple of months, the streaming giant unveiled that Chambers won’t return for season 2.

Netflix soon released a statement stating that they are beholden to Leah for bringing such a phenomenal supernatural series to life. Further, they are also grateful for her fellow executive producers. These include Steve Gaghan, Alfonso Gomez Rejon, Jennifer Yale, Winnie Kemp, and Wolfgang Hammer. In addition, the streaming giant appreciated the newcomers Sivan Alyra Rose’s work in portraying such a challenging role. Including Tony Goldwyn and Uma Thurman.

Main Reason Behind Its Cancellation

Well, Netflix lately began its Young Adult programs to deliver more such shows to its audience. However, despite the show received many raves, it failed to garner a positive response. The series earned a 42% positive response on Rotten Tomatoes and 48 out of 100 on Metacritic. Well, the reception itself explains Netflix’s decision to cancel the show. Other than this, Chambers also failed to cater to the audience’s attention in the television marketplace.

Although the series did a great job portraying the horror elements, it made a serious blunder on depicting organ transplantation. It further leads to the series being heavily criticized by one of the organ donor organizations for the deception of transplantation. Thus due to its substantial negative response, there’s no doubt why the streamer canceled the series.

Netflix Talks About Its New Model

Netflix typically renews the show after its first season. Even it’s seen that from season 1 to season 2, there’s an 80% renewal rate. But Chambers’ cancelation after only its first season left many fans to wonder about the new policy. And a year ago, Netflix’s former head of original content, Cindy Holland, explained it. She said that renewal decisions are chiefly based on cost vs. viewership analysis.

In other words, Netflix first considers the fans’ response and how many views it caters to in that run. Then, if the show failed to attract the targeted viewership, they reconsider whether they want to invest in that show. Since Netflix isn’t the one who is investing in the show. Thus they have to make sure whether or not the series’ critically acclaimed to continue.

Chambers Season 2: What To Expect If It Returns?

In the finale, they put Sasha’s uncle Frank behind bars for a murder that he didn’t do. But, many believe that The Annex falsely accused Frank so they can isolate Sasha. Meantime, Sasha revived her full powers and neutralized the members of The Annex. It shows she could do anything which she wants.

Now that Becky’s spirit’s long gone. It seems Lilith, the demonic influence over Becky, now looks at Sasha as a host. But The Annex believed that Sasha is the divine feminine. So she could fight back with the evil forces to defend her soul. Thus, if the second season returns, Sasha would explore her powers. Even she would decide whether she wants to use them or get rid of them.

Fear The Walking Dead Season 7 recently unveiled new images that promise an all-new threat and apocalypse, which the characters would deal with. Throughout the series, the characters grapple with the zombies’ hoard. However, the sixth season’s finale split the survivors to follow a different route. They have to save their souls after Teddy released the nuclear missiles. And, the recent images tease that some of them managed to survive and return to battle once again with a new threat that’s looming outside.

Fear The Walking Dead Season 7: The First Look Tease What To Expect

At the Comic Con@Home panel, the creator unveiled plenty of images teasing how season 7 would look. From the very first image, we can presume that Morgan, Grace, and baby Morgan are safe after the gruesome nuclear blast. However, they all use protective gear to travel outside the submarine, perhaps to collect food and necessary items. In another image, the couple appears to be in the submarine. Because currently, it’s the safest place for them to stay as it can resist radiation.

While the second teaser shows a glimpse of John Dorie Sr. and June, who took the shelter in the bunker before the blast. But the scene appears quite alarming as they would make a horrific discovery there. Another image focuses on Victor Strand, who flees away to a faraway place before the blast. Now he seems in good shape discussing something with the newcomer Will (played by Gus Halper). But what it could remain uncertain.

Some Survivors Are In A Safer Place

Well, we are glad to say that some survivors made it to a safer and far better place than Morgan. The recently released photo of Daniel, AI, Luciana, and Sarah at an unknown location opens the door to a new mystery to unravel. Well, in the closing moments, Daniel, Luciana, Wes, Jacob, Charlie, and Sarah were all rescued by a CRM helicopter. Although AI sent it for them, it is presumed that Isabelle was behind this plan. But Wes, Jacob, and Charlie are still missing in the image. Are they safe?

Else they become prey to Isabelle’s evil plan. Elsewhere, Sherry and Dwight, along with a family they met before the blast, took shelter in the bunker. However, their image shows that they made it to a safe place, just like AI and others. As they appear unmasked and cleaned, standing somewhere in the military personnel. But it remains a mystery how they reach that location.

Is Alicia Safe?

In the finale, Teddy locked Alicia inside a bunker, hoping to bring a revolution in this terrible zombie world. However, the creator didn’t share any image of Alicia yet, which makes fans a little worried about her future. Further, those who knew her location are already dead. Thus it would be exciting to see how the survivors would locate her in such a situation.

Fear The Walking Dead is all set to return with a bang this fall. The seventh season will air on October 17, 2021, only on AMC. Janina will play Ren, who moved to Helena to find the answers behind an obscure car crash.

After a typical business transaction leads to a messy car crash, Ren started looking for who betrayed her. But the deeper she digs, the more swindlers she will discover. Additionally, Ren’s moves are determined. She firmly believes that keeping your enemies close is an excellent move to stay one step ahead. But, it might bring trouble for Cassie Dewell and Jenny Hoyt.

Who Will Return?

No doubt, the main cast will once again return for the second run. These include Katheryn Winnick as Jenny Hoyt and Kylie Bunbury as Cassie Dewell. Besides, Brian Geraghty, Dedee Pfeiffer, Omar Metwally, and Anja Savcic have been upped as series regulars. Thus, they would return as Ronald Pergman, Denise Brisbane, Mark Lindor, and Scarlet Leyendecker. But, the first season regular Jesse James Keitel (Jerrie Kennedy) has become a recurring character.

Big Sky Season 2: Has Filming Begun?

A few days ago, New Mexico Film Office confirmed that filming has begun on the second run in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. They planned the first season to film in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada. But the pandemic forced them to shift filming to Vancouver, British Columbia. As per the reports, season 2 will continue filming from August 2021 to April 2022.

Soon Michelle Lujan Grisham, New Mexico Governor, stated that Big Sky’s decision to film the second season in New Mexico indicates that they have created a thriving and resilient film industry. Further, it will also support thousands of New Mexicans by providing jobs till 2022. Even boosting many local businesses that offer services and goods to this industry. Meanwhile, Alicia J. Keyes, New Mexico Economic Development Department Cabinet Secretary, said that they are thrilled to have season 2 filming in their state.

The Showrunner Praised The Crew

The series EP Elwood Reid said that the exceptional crews, the amenities, and the natural beauty of the state have now outstripped their expectations. Reid added they are looking forward to seeing the magic of this landscape. Nothing is better than filming the scenic, a rustic story in such a dramatic place of New Mexico, said Director New Mexico Film Office Amber Dodson.

Big Sky Season 2: What To Expect?

Although the filming takes place in New Mexico, the storyline of the series won’t shift. After solving a tricky and dangerous case, private detectives Cassie Dewell and Jenny Hoyt reunite to investigate a car crash outside of Helena, Montana. However, after diving deeper into the case, they discover that it isn’t that simple as it seems.

But as they unfold the mystery of the car accident, they will encounter a group of unsuspecting teens. Including a flirtatious person from Jenny’s past, and a cruel outsider (Ren) hellbent on learning the answers.

Big Sky Season 2: When Will It Return?

Well, it seems season 2 will follow the same pattern of airing earlier before its filming wraps. Since the first season wrapped its filming in April 2021 and began airing last November. Will There Be A Prequel Or A Spin-Off?

It seems like fans’ wish will be fulfilled but in a different way. They, unfortunately, won’t get The 100 Season 8, but they will certainly get a spin-off series. The boss of The CW, Mark Pedowitz, already stated that the much-awaited spin-off series is in the works. During the network’s press call, he said that “There are still discussions going on — it is not done in any way, shape, or form. The discussions are still happening.”

Whereas at the 2019 summer press tour of the Television Critics Association, Mark revealed that Jason has several ideas regarding the spin-off, and they’re thinking about them.

The 100 Season 7 Episode 8 also worked as the backdoor pilot for the prequel series. Jason Rothenberg will serve as its showrunner, and the untitled show will be set 97 years before the events of The 100. Therefore, fans don’t have to worry as they will soon get to see their favorite sci-fi drama in another form and world.

As previously mentioned, The 100 Season 8 is not happening. And instead of the eighth installment, the fans will get a spin-off series that is still in development. The second season hit Netflix in early October 2019. But, Netflix took more than usual time to decide the fate of the series. If they didn’t earn many viewers, they reconsider whether or not to invest in that show. Cindy added that indeed critical acclaim is also crucial. But they focus on stretching their investment. So they can ensure that they are investing in something good.

Soon after the first season of Insatiable aired, the viewers signed a petition with more than 230,000 signatures calling to cancel the show. Many argued that the show could cause eating disorders. Some even said that it is promoting body shaming. But, it soon got renewed for the second run. On which Debby Ryan said that societal nick needs to be addressed. So all they just want is to portray it in their show.

She added that they wanted to convey that you don’t have to feel bad about how you look. Soon Milano said that in the show, they aren’t shaming Patty. Star Trek: Discovery cast recently joined the 55-Year Mission Star Trek convention where the actors teased that Star Trek: Discovery Season 4 will be different than ever. While the other actors wrapped their shooting, some are still teasing to return in a much bigger role this time. Based on Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek, it follows events that happened ten years before Star Trek: Original Series. So now, let’s see what season 4 is cooking for us.

Star Trek: Discovery Season 4: Has Production Concluded?

Despite several delays, the fourth season production finally began last November and has begun wrapping up in recent weeks. However, the work is yet to finish for some actors. For example, on the Wednesday panel, Tara Rosling was called up for further shooting in Toronto. But, during the panel, she explained that COVID protocols were the main reason for this extended filming schedule.

Tara added that the entire cast and crew were tested thrice a week. As a result, they had to stay on their levels, which further slowed down the production. Additionally, the false-positive tests resulted in a couple of days shut down, resulting in delayed filming. Meanwhile, Oded Fehr confessed that it becomes tough to film when the show has been continuously pushed back. Even they had to quarantine themselves for two weeks in Toronto.

Cast Shares Some Memorable Moments

Despite those strict protocols affecting the shooting schedule, Mary Wiseman said it was a crazy experience finally meeting them in person. However, Blu del Barrio revealed that they received many complaints the entire time. The crew stopped them from talking and laughing when their mask was off. But when they look back and watch the fourth season, it reflects how the team manages to lift the show in such a vulnerable time. David Benjamin Tomlinson praised that the cast was incredible and best.

Introduced A New Technology

Finally, a new achievement in Discovery season 4 as they are now using AR Wall instead of green screens. So the state-of-the-art AR Wall allows the cast to perform their scenes in virtual sets. On which, Patrick Kwok-Choon said that AR Wall is the future, and it’s fantastic. It’s a game-changing element that bolsters them to create desirable scenes. Although he didn’t share much about his scenes, yet it sounds like they had fun filming with AR Wall.

Tara Rosling, who played Vulcan President of Ni’Var T’Rina, will once again return to Discovery. Besides her, Kenneth Mitchell confirmed to return in a unique role. Anthony Repp as Paul Stamets and David Ajala as Cleveland “Book” Booker will also share the stage. Repp also said that there are scenes where the fans can see the pair together exploring certain things in the recent panel discussion. Doug Jones as Saru will also return.

In addition, Oded Fehr as Starfleet Commander-in-Chief Vance will also return and even confirmed things would become easier next season. Perhaps he could return for the next season as well. David Benjamin Tomlinson will once again return as Saurian Linus. On the other hand, Patrick Kwok-Choon will return as the regular bridge crew, Tactical Officer Rhys. Will Another AI Or Ship Return?

During the panel, Julianne Grossman, who voices over the USS Discovery, teased that she will appear as a new character in the fourth run. She said that her other character would be slightly different and hover a different voice. Although Grossman didn’t share more details about her new character, possibly it could be a new ship or AI. Well, in the last season finale, Starfleet discovered another source of dilithium which hints at the possibility of another ship that can travel faster than any warp-capable ship.

Will Explore T’Rina And Saru Romance

Tara was introduced in the third season where she had small screentime. But now she is returning to play a much bigger role in the fourth season. She said that T’Rina would continue to explore her journey as a president. But a lot is going on in her life apart from the presidentship. On the other hand, Doug Jones teased that fans can expect a budding romance between Saru and T’Rina.

While Rick And Morty Season 5 is yet to wrap up airing its final episode, fans are already curious about Rick And Morty Season 6. Well, after a year-long hiatus, the series returned for its fifth run. Unfortunately, however, it seems fans have to wait for more to stream the sixth run while its fifth run finale is still put on a halt. Has It Renewed For The Next Run?

The good news for fans, Rick And Morty, will definitely return for the sixth run. Back in 2018, Adult Swim ordered 70 new episodes of Rick And Morty over an undefined number of seasons. While the fifth run consists of ten episodes, it confirmed that the sixth season is on the cards. Further, if each season will contain ten episodes, then Rick And Morty would have a total of 10 seasons.

Rick And Morty Season 6: Has Production Begun?

During October 2020’s PaleyFest NY, Dan Harmon said that he often gets confused between seasons 5 and 6 as they develop back-to-back seasons. He later confirmed that though they were late writing the sixth season. But he ensured they would soon begin working on the pilot episode. Well, both Dan and Justin Roiland have been involved in every stage of the process. Thus, things become a bit baffling here.

Meanwhile, in February 2021, the series writer Alex Rubens tweeted that they had begun writing the seventh season. That means the team has jotted down season 6. But most likely, the animation of the sixth season hasn’t started at that time. So, it remains a mystery whether Rick And Morty Season 6 is in its production stage or not.

Who Will Be In The Next Run?

No matter in which season we are now, the series just doesn’t work without Rick and Morty’s titular characters. So, without any doubt, Justin Roiland will indeed reprise the titular characters. Besides him, Chris Parnell as Jerry, Spencer Grammer as Summer, and Sarah Chalke as Beth Smith and Space Beth will also return. However, we can expect Kari Wahlgren to return once again as Morty’s love interest, Jessica.

What’s The Show About?

The story of Daybreak revolves around a 17-year-old boy named Josh Wheeler. He is a Canadian high school outcast. Wheeler is looking for his missing British girlfriend, Sam Dean. He continues his search in the post-apocalyptic Glendale, California. Soon, a ragtag bunch of misfits joins him.

This group includes Josh’s high school bully Wesley and a ten years old Angelica. Wesley has changed, and he is a pacifist who is trying to become a samurai. Josh and his group then tried to survive in the post-apocalyptic world among cheerleaders who turned into Amazonian warriors, zombie-like creatures, and Baron Triumph.

Will Daybreak Season 2 Ever Happen? 

A lot of fans are in the hope that Netflix will eventually reverse its decision to renew fan-favorite post-apocalyptic comedy series.
