Well, Aelfweard isn’t the firstborn of Edward as he has another son Aethelstan from his previous marriage that will also play a significant part in the fifth run.

On July 26, the series’ official page shared an official look of Aelfweard. In the image, Aelfweard can be seen in brown regal attire with his hair cut short. “Who better than my grandson Aelfweard?” his grandfather, Lord Aethelhelm, quoted at the bottom of the picture. However, recently, Mary Fitzgerald spoke about the tricky restrictions they faced while filming. She said that while filming some scenes in restaurants, they were expected to walk without wearing masks, and they can’t put them off for long.

They had only three seconds to walk elegantly to the table. So they can’t rush, and if they can’t make it on time, the production team could start saying “mask on, mask on,” so they have to put it on and try again until it gets in one shot. During the TCA press tour, Gary Levine was questioned about the cancelation of Ray Donovan back in 2020 and the process that led him to announce a new movie. Levine replied that it is very difficult to make a decision sometimes. He added that in the best cases, they plan for it, and then it led to a beautiful nice landing.

He tried to explain by taking the example of Homeland and Shameless. Levine said, “Homeland had a stunning finale in that respect as did Shameless, and sometimes it can’t be prepared, and events just make the decision a little more unexpected, and unhappily that was the case with Ray Donovan. Ray Donovan Movie: Release Date

During the press tour of TCA, the panel revealed that they are looking to release the film this Winter. Ray Donovan Movie will premiere in the first quarter of 2022 on Showtime. Unfortunately, the journey of Megan Boone ended along with the eighth season as her character died in the season finale. So, the fans won’t see more of her in the show. But it is very safe to assume that James Spader will return to play the lead character of Raymond Reddington in The Blacklist Season 9.

Besides Boone leaving the show, there is not any other major cast update so far. Hence it is expected that all the main characters will return and reprise their roles.
