Finally, after a year-long wait, the series stars’ photo from the set of Barry confirms that the filming for Barry Season 3 is officially underway. Co-created by Alec Berg and Bill Hader, HBO’s tragicomedy follows a highly skilled hitman, Barry Berkman, who travels to Los Angeles to hide, but unintentionally joins an acting career.

The show soon received plenty of accolades for its unique and hilarious narrative. Even the second season has gained growth in the audience, and the explosive season finale left fans clamoring for more. Now it remains to explore whether Barry will be caught in the third run or not. Barry Season 3: Filming Has Finally Begun!

Production for Barry abruptly halted in March 2020 while cameras were about to roll for the third season. However, the 17-month delay came as the silver lining for the show as the writers not only mapped the third outing, but they have already finished writing the fourth season as well. Recently, the series star Henry Winkler tweeted his return. On August 2, he shared a prop poster teasing the first day on the set.

However, soon after a week, HBO shared a snap of Bill Hader with Harry, hinting that the dynamic has returned to film the third run. Well, it’s the first time when Hader appeared in the snap. It means filming has finally picked up its speed. As of now, the writers have already finished writing the scripts. Thus it suggests that production could speed up.

Barry Season Season 3: What To Expect From The Next Run?

The last season ended up with a huge cliffhanger and a lot of bloodsheds. After struggling to deal with his messed life, Barry goes on a rampage to hunt his former mentor Fuches down. Meanwhile, Gene got arrested for his ex-girlfriend Janice’s murder which he hadn’t done. But soon, the police discovered that the Chechen mob is behind this murder and released Gene from jail.

But before the credit rolls, Gene remembered that while Fuches showed him Janice’s body, he revealed that Barry had done this. So now it would create chaos in Barry and Gene’s lives as he has finally learned the true identity of Barry. Speaking on which, Anthony Carrigan, who plays NoHo Hank, said the third season would bring dangerous stuff. Well, it seems Barry would try to play dirty to hide his image.

Barry Season 3: When Will It Release?

As of now, HBO hasn’t revealed the official release date, as the third run is in its early production stage. But the second season took four months to finish filming. Thus deeming that filming lasted between September 2018 to December 2018, we expect filming for the third run to likely last at least three months. The most recent installment of NCIS ended with a cliffhanger. The viewers saw Agent Bishop planning her downfall as an NCIS agent as she wanted to disappear so that she could work as a CIA spy. Gibbs has been suspended indefinitely, and he is not showing any interest in returning back. In the ending moments, Gibbs was going on his boat to look for a possible dropped body, but his boat exploded as he was sailing along. However, he managed to dive deep and get away.

Star Trek spoof, The Orville, created and written by Seth MacFarlane, takes place 400 years ahead in the future. It follows the U.S.S. Orville and the exploratory spaceship consists of both humans and aliens. However, during their exploration and visits to other parts of the galaxy, the crew faces several Outerspace dangers, while dealing with their everyday life problems.

The Orville Season 3: Has Production Begun Yet?

Filming for the third run began in early October 2019, but in the wake of the COVID-19, the filming was halted in March 2020. However, the production team never lost hope, as despite facing delays, filming resumed in December 2020. But the filming was soon halted in January 2021 after the surge of new cases. By that time, production for the third season has already reached halfway to its completion.

Once again, filming resumed in February 2021, which is underway as Jon Cassar and MacFarlane are directing the third run. A year ago, MacFarlane shared that although the ongoing pandemic hit the production like other shows, he and his team were working hard.

The Orville Season 3: What To Expect?

Little is known to date, yet the showrunner David A. Goodman said that the starting episodes would answer the questions left in the second season. So all those big and small stories they set up in the second run would finally explore now, said MacFarlane. Estrin also said in a statement that they wanted to show this character as a superhero who can handle emotional pain quite well. Though John is a warrior, yet he is emotionally connected to his children. Thus he would find difficulty dealing with the pain. While Maureen, on the other hand, will battle with the foes and perhaps face a near-death experience.

So the traditional gender roles of men and women would swap, and it would be interesting to see Maureen in action. Further, Parker Posey confirmed that fans would also see her in action in the next run. In the end, someone will fiercely beat Posey’s character June. Although she didn’t share many details, yet things would escalate in the final moments.

Lost In Space Season 3: When To Expect?
