In the middle of battling with aliens, Captain Jack’s suddenly transported to 19th century Cardiff again through a time window. Well, the use of events reminds us of the great Time Lord Victorious, which has just come to its ending. But, the showrunner Russell T. Davies clarified that it’s not essential that the upcoming season would link with the other source. In the May 2005 edition of Doctor Who magazine, he said that the Public Service Broadcaster produces the show.

So in the upcoming season, both Bosch and Jerry would deal with two different murder investigations. One will follow the street-level drug business, while the other will deal with the high-level white-collar crime.

Michael Connelly Discussed Ending

Speaking on the final run, Connelly said they have already jotted down the conclusion of Bosch’s story. They had mapped this season, deeming the past six and seven years into account. So they can’t retool it following the 2020’s police brutality. They wanted to write a better ending for Bosch, which they have now. Thus there’s no chance of revisiting and scraping the seventh season.

However, Connelly ensured that the final run would take place ahead of the George Floyd murder case. So the upcoming season would continue as they outlined.
