Producer Jason Reed explained the reason behind the delay of the movie to Collider. The sequel and the original film has been a great hit among the fans. Reed says, “They never figured out a way to integrate it into the parks. Even though there has been an enormous number of consumer products, it never caught on as an independent franchise.” Let us hope for the movie to successfully come up soon.

In a virtual interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Cameron gave their fans some updates about the coming sequel. Right now, the cast members and the makers are in New Zealand. However, Cameron says that they completed 100% filming for Avatar 2 and 95% for Avatar 3. Only the remaining live shots are left to capture, which are in process. The sequel was thoroughly pushed forward for the release, but now the time is close. We hope things to get normal in the future so as the next movie comes up as soon as possible.

Third Movie On The Way

Cameron revealed that the pandemic has obviously led to the delay, but things are almost normal now. For instance, the COVID situation led to four and a half months push back in the filming. Because of this push back, Avatar 2 will move forward to a whole year. However, even though there is one entire year, but that doesn’t mean they have extra time to film. The work on the third part of Avatar will start as soon as the release of Avatar 2.

What Will Happen With DC Universe Streaming Platform?

As far as we know, Harley Quinn Season 3 would air on HBO Max, as DC has decided to make some changes to its streaming platform. On September 18, WarnerMedia has announced that they are updating the DC Universe streaming service into DC Universe Infinite. Now it would turn into a comic-only platform where you can access DC library anytime.

Speculations have it that The Crown Season 4 will cover the incidents around 1981, where six shots were fired at the Queen. The Boys Season 3: Amazon just started releasing the latest episodes for the second season of The Boys. It looks like Amazon is way too confident about their superhero show, The Boys. They have renewed the show for a third season as well. Back in July, In The Boys’ panel at Comic-Con@Home, the showrunner of the show Eric Kripke announced that Amazon had indeed renewed the show for a third season. He stated that “Amazon, in a bold and historic push to expand their ‘weirdo’ demographic, has green-lit Season 3 of The Boys.” In the same comic-con, the executive producer of the show Seth Rogen said that because the show has fans and people like it, Amazon has renewed it. What’s Coming Up Next?

The second season of The Boys is still streaming. The final episode of the season will release on October 8, 2020. So, we don’t have a clear idea of what could be coming next on the show. In an interview with GamesRadar, Rogen said that Erik has an idea of how the show would end that he likes. He is working towards it. But that is all he said about the show. We might have an idea of what could be coming next on the show when the second season concludes. The fans are expecting an epic season finale for the second season indeed. 

The Boys Season 3: Production Updates!

It looks like the creators of the show are not wasting even a single minute. The team has already started working on The Boys Season 3. During the comic-con panel that happened in July, Kripke revealed that the quarantine fatigue hadn’t been an issue for anyone in the team. Their very talented scriptwriters have already started working on the show. They are working hard and making stories ready for the time when they can get back to the shooting. 

In an interview with Collider, Kripke revealed that they have the first four scripts for The Boys Season 3 ready. Though they are not yet ready, they are working on it. He tells that the writers are holding daily zoom calls. They are not losing any moment in this pandemic. The Boys are coming back swinging. 

Who Is Coming In?

Assuming and hoping that all the members who are in the second season of ‘The Boys’ are alive by the end, we can hope that all of the characters would come in for The Boys Season 3. However, that is not it. New faces will also join the cast for The Boys Season 3. One factor we know for sure in joining is Jensen Ackles. In the show, he will take on the role of The Soldier Boy, “the original superhero” who fought in the Second World War and became a super celebrity of American decades for decades. Jensen Ackles took onto Instagram to share the news. However, the creators never canceled Food Wars Season 6, but the possibility is very low. The latest season also received a good response just like all the previous seasons, but some people think that, in the end, the anime lost its flavor. The current renewal status of the anime is canceled. And it is likely that it won’t change anytime soon. 

Will The Anime Ever Return?

Some people think that the creators didn’t renew the anime for its sixth season because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, but that’s not the case. It was planned from the very beginning to end Shokugeki no Soma with its fifth season. Food Wars Season 6 was never on the cards.

The latest season featured the Blue Competition Arc and shifted the focus from Soma to the second main protagonist of the anime, Erina Nakiri. The finale episode showed the final shokugeki battle in the final of the BLUE tournament between Erina and Soma. However, the last season didn’t receive as good a response as its initial seasons. The storylines are also concluded. Therefore it makes no sense for the anime to make its return. And the viewers may never get to see a new season of this anime.

Food Wars Season 6: Do The Creators Have Enough Source Material?

The manga of the series has a total of 36 volumes, which has 3018 chapters in it. And the anime series of Shokugeki no Soma already adapted all of these volumes and left nothing for Food Wars Season 6. The final episode adapted the final chapter of the manga.

The anime stayed loyal to its source material and featured the same ending as its manga. The authors already concluded the manga on October 4, 2019. Therefore for making a new season of the anime, they have to publish new chapters of the manga. And if this happens, then it will show the events that take place after the BLUE competition.

Will There Be Any Spin-Offs Or OVA Episodes?

The creators haven’t announced any spin-off series yet. But the viewers will likely see one soon due to the immense popularity of Shokugeki no Soma. Creating a spin-off series will make more sense to the creators instead of continuing the events for the already concluded series. It is also possible that the viewers will get to see OVA episodes just like they had in 2016 and 2018. And the good thing is that the creators have the source material for creating OVAs. They can use the remaining three volumes of the light novel series that was published back in 2014. There is also a possibility of the prequel or an anime-based movie. 

Food Wars Season 5 Episode 13: Series Finale Review

The final episode of the anime was clearly not the best episode of the series, but it still revealed some shocking things. The last episode revealed that Asahi is the son of Azami, which means he is the older brother of Erina. This revelation brought in the incest components as he was in love with his half-sister and wanted to marry her at a particular time. Azami abandoned Asahi before marrying to Mana, and he didn’t deserve the apology he got in the final episode of Food Wars. Unlike Asami, Asahi had problems for not having a family, and it would be much better if he focused on finding his family instead of marrying Erina.

One more thing that seems different from Soma was he being a little out of character in the finale. Before the match, he was confident that he would win. The main feature of Soma is his ability to take losses and learn something valuable from it to use in the next Shokugeki. But he was very upset after losing the final to Erina, which is not like him, especially when his dish’s purpose is to force Erina to devote all her skills in this competition. 

Some fans are even saying that Mana only awarded Erina with the prize because she is her daughter. Additionally, no one in Noir got punished because of Asahi, who was extremely sad after knowing the truth. But they are all working for the Nakiri family now. In the end, Erina suddenly confessed that she feels for Soma and is in love with him. It definitely nowhere near compared to its initial seasons, but it is what it is.

Food Wars Season 6: Release Date

Unfortunately, everything is hinting towards no possible future installment of this series. The odds are not in favor of Food Wars Season 6. And it is very likely that the viewers will never see it. However, the fans may see some OVA episodes in the next year.
