It has almost been a year since we last saw Bruce Wayne in Gotham. Ever since then, fans had been looking forward to Gotham Season 6. Will there be more of the show? Gotham first premiered in 2014; the show has been one of the highest-rated dramas on FOX. While the live viewership of the show has fallen, it has made a loyal fanbase. FOX officially announced that the fifth season of Gotham would be the last season of the series in 2018. Gotham season 5 ended with 12 episodes, ten episodes less than what we saw in all other seasons. Now that the show is over, fans were hoping that FOX would revise its decision and bring back the show for Gotham Season 6. However, we do think it is very unlikely. Here is why we think that- 

Is Gotham Season 6 Possible?

The latest season of the Gotham series, the fifth season, played out the No Man’s Land story. It featured Jim Gordon’s evolution into the mustachioed lawman that many fans have seen in many DC comics. Bruce Wayne became the Batman- the hero who protected Gotham. In the fifth season, fans got to see Gotham after a time jump, and that fulfilled the goal. So, there isn’t any more story left to cover for the series. The fifth season acted as the bookend of Gotham’s story, with no open end for Gotham Season 6. However, actor Donal Logue hinted a possible revival at some point; it doesn’t seem really possible, especially since Warner Bros don’t have the right to use names, Batman or Joker. 

The Series Wasn’t Jim Gordon’s Story Afterall 

While the fifth season introduced the fully-formed Batman by the end, many fans had started wishing to see Batman and his adventures in Gotham Season 6. This idea does seem very nice, but everyone is well aware that Gotham wasn’t a Batman-focused series. Bruce Wayne played a significant role indeed, but Gotham was always Jim Gordon’s story. So, we can see some entirely new series for Batman, but Gotham has ended with Gordon’s story. 

Creators Did Not Plan Gotham Season 6

After the news that Gotham could be revived later on with Gotham Season 6, reports reveal that there is very little chance that Gotham Season 6 would ever come. The fifth season of the show was designed to be the last season of the series, and creators have not spoken anything about the sixth season. There are speculations about any follow-up or spinoffs. In an interview, when Bruno Heller- creator of the series was asked if they would be combining Pennyworth and Gotham later on, he said that they are not planning anything like that. 

What Other Batman Media Is Coming Up?

While Gotham is over, fans don’t have to be sad about saying goodbye to Batman. Bruce Wayne came for a brief appearance in the movie Joker. Now, Batman will be next seen in the 2021 movie- The Batman. Bruce Wayne is also a part of the DC Universe series- Titans. He will also be seen in the DC Universe’s adult animated series based on Harley Quinn. If anything changes, we will keep you posted. Sadly, the witch spell will not last longer as expected. Netflix’s fantasy drama series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 4 is announced as the final season of this series. It’s quite disappointing that our favorite teen witch will leave this mortal world. The third season streamed in January 2020 on Netflix. That was the mystical chapter of the series. In which, the dark lord (Luke Cook) plays dirty tricks to bring Sabrina Spellman back in Hell. However, Sabrina finds a way to stay in both the world- mortal and immortal. But, things aren’t settled yet. Sabrina’s enemies are rising, and war is about to begin.

Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina, created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, is a supernatural horror series on Netflix. The series is based on Archies’ Comic character, Sabrina. It’s set in the fictional small town of Greendale. The series focuses on a teen witch Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka), who’s a half-witch and half-human. Throughout the series, she struggles to find a way to live both lives without selecting one. However, her family wants her to choose the witch path. But, if she does, then she has to leave behind her teen-life in school and also her friends.

Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Season 4: Release Date

The third season landed on January 24, 2020. Soon after that, the team started working on the next chapter. Showrunner Roberto revealed that only few episodes were left to shoot when the global pandemic hit the world. However, there are no such comments on when the filming would start again. If they resume filming early, then we can expect Chilling Adventure Of Sabrina Season 4 to premiere later this year.

Unfortunately, Netflix also announced that season 4 will be the final season of this series. In an interview, the showrunner confirmed that this is the end of the saga. He further appreciated the cast, crew, producers, and the streaming platform in making such an amazing series. Roberto said: “Working on Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina has been an incredible honor from Day One.”

He continued: “The cast, beginning with Kiernan as everyone’s favorite teen witch, has been a pure joy. I am beyond thankful to the writers, crew, editors, and assistants. Everyone for pouring so much love into this dark dream of a show. I am also thankful to our partners at Netflix, Berlanti Television, Warner Bros. Also, Archie Comics for letting us tell the story that we wanted to tell. We can’t wait for everyone to see Part Four.”

Who Will Return For Final Run?

Of course, the witch is back with dual power and double spell. Kiernan Shipka will reprise her role as Sabrina Spellman. And she’s not alone as she’ll return with her family. Lucy Davis will return as Aunt Hilda and Miranda Otto as Aunt Zelda. And Chance Perdomo come around as Cousin Ambrose. Furthermore, Michelle Gomez will again play Mary Wardwell/Madam Satan/Lilith and Richard Coyle as Father Blackwood. Along with Tati Gabrielle as Prudence Blackwood.

In the previous season, Sabrina’s friends were promoted as the series regulars. So, her friends would return to their characters as well. These include Ross Lynch (Harvey Kinkle), Lachlan Watson (Theo Putnam), and Jaz Sinclair (Rosalind Walker). Further, Sabrina’s sorcerer boyfriend is also back. Gavin Leatherwood (Nick Scratch), is ready to play a powerful role in the upcoming season.

Quibi has greenlit Most Dangerous Game Season 2. Recently, the series creator Nick Santora has been working to take back the rights of the series from the streaming platform, to turn the series in a stand-alone movie. However, the series has been renewed for another season. So, it’s unclear whether the streamer handed them their primary rights. Let’s see whether Nick can turn his thrilling series into a stand-alone movie or not. Currently, the stakes set prey is ready, and hunting is set to begin. Though series concluded with Dodge giving up everything he has till that date to end the hunting game. But Nick knows how to start it all again.

Most Dangerous Game, created by Nick Santora, Scott Elder, and Josh Harmon, is an action-drama series on Quibi. The series adapted from Richard Connell’s short stories of the same name. It follows Dodge Tynes’s (Liam Hemsworth) struggles to stabilize his financial condition. Dodge and his wife were expecting a baby while he was working on solving his debt issue. Later, he got an offer to participate in a life-threatening game that can provide him immense wealth. However, the game is built on panic, fear, and paranoia, as hunters are everywhere to kill Dodge, and he has to run and survive. The long he survives, the higher prize he’ll achieve.

Renewed For The Second Season

Most Dangerous Game has officially been renewed for the second season. The series got a mixed review from the audience. It gained 7.4 ratings on IMDb and 59% on Rotten Tomatoes. In an interview with Deadline, showrunner Nick Santora announced that the upcoming season would center on a new runner, and also Christoph Waltz is back. The screenwriter already wrapped up the second season’s scripting. The only thing left is the filming of the second season.

Nick further stated that they are hoping to return on set when everything gets cleared up. Furthermore, he teased that the upcoming season would film in New York. He said: “We’re prepping it now to film it when there’s a handle on filming safely in the time of COVID-19. The second season will take place in my hometown of New York, and we’re going to be chasing that poor person all over New York, Long Island.”

Most Dangerous Game Season 2: Quibi Dealing Rights

In the interview, Nick spoke about the series rights. He said he’s dealing with taking the first rights of the show from the streaming platform. There’s a potential buyer who’s interested in creating Most Dangerous Game as a film, and it will be a big deal if they crack it. Just take those ten-minute sections and work with the composer to enhance those musical clues, get the finalized scene, and ready for action.

A little bit of effort can turn into a nine-hour and fifty-minute film that will work well. Further, it would be an excellent opportunity to reach a massive audience with a featured movie. Fortunately, Quibi also supported this idea and gave the rights to the series creator to see how his mega plan works this time.

Is The Show Renewed?

SBS- the original production company of the series hasn’t greenlit the show for Vagabond Season 2 yet. The lead actor of the show- Seung-gi spoke about what he feels of the renewal. He said that he thinks all fans who have seen the show would be frustrated after season 1. It has left them in that space. Seung-gi feels that there is a lot of stories that need to be told. He revealed that he himself is waiting for Vagabond Season 2.

Vagabond Season 2: What Has Happened?

The first season of Vagabond concluded quite open-endedly. This gave fans hope that Vagabond Season 2 could happen. The finale of the season saw Cha Dal-Gun coming out alive. He turned into a mercenary after going through a lot. Go- Hae Ri assumed Cha Dal-Gun was dead and joined the forcers with Jessica Lee and took the job of a lobbyist. In the final scene, Cha Dal-Gun was very shocked when he came to know that his next target would be Go Hae-Ri. While he was waiting for his target to arrive in the desert, he was shocked when he saw his ex-lover getting out of a busted car. To save his former lover, Cha Dal-Gun kills his fellow mercenary. 

Do We Have Any Updates?

Unfortunately, the last time we heard was back in November 2019 when a representative from the Vagabond team spoke about a possible Vagabond Season 2. Ever since then, no update has made grounds. While hinting about a second season, the representative said that the show was actually planned and produced with more than one season in mind. However, Season 2 hasn’t been confirmed yet. The producers are still reviewing actors’ writers and directors. 

Vagabond Season 2: Release Date 

In the same interview, the representative revealed that Vagabond took 11 months of productions and the pre-production period of about the same months. This means that if Vagabond Season 2 gets into works, it will almost be a year’s wait. So, we can expect the show to come back in 2022, or 2023 maybe. But, in the previous season, she started loving her father after discovering mortifying news. When Veronica had gone for a college interview in New York, she found her mother, Hermione Lodge. While chasing her mother, she discovered that Hiram diagnosed by a life-threatening neuromuscular disorder. However, his condition and name of the diseases aren’t disclosed yet. But, his deteriorated health indicates that the upcoming season would be a bad omen for Hiram and his family.

FP Jones And Hermione Lodge Said Goodbye

In February, Riverdale stars Ulrich and Marisol took to their Instagram and announced that they are leaving the show. However, no one knows the exact reason. But both the stars appreciated their team’s excellent work and the time they spent working together. Yet, the fourth season has some episodes left to shoot. So we could expect them in the fifth season to wrap up their story arc.
